We were so excited to celebrate a friend’s birthday at the brand new Bea’s Fine Foods + All Day Café, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. There were 8 of us that attended.
The space itself feels fresh, welcoming, and full of that thoughtful charm we’ve come to expect from the team behind The Floridian. You can tell right away that it’s a place created with heart and community in mind.
We started with the Breads & Spreads, which came with colorful crudité and their housemade gluten-free focaccia — so light, fresh, and perfect for dipping. The Summer Melon + Labneh Plate was a standout: sweet cured melon paired with heirloom tomato “salsa,” spiced chickpeas, and a creamy tangy labneh that tied it all together beautifully.
The Grain Bowl was another favorite — a vibrant mix of quinoa, arugula, Blackeyed Pea Hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled melon rind salsa, and more. Every bite felt nourishing and packed with layers of flavor. We also tried The Salad with crispy chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and Tomme cheese — simple, fresh, and so satisfying.
What I loved most is how the menu offers something for everyone — whether you’re craving breakfast pizza, shakshuka, chicken adobo, scallops Veracruz, or just a beautiful salad and fresh pastry. It’s clear they’ve created a place where locals and visitors alike will want to gather, celebrate, and enjoy food that’s both comforting and creative.
A special shoutout to our server, Alondra, who provided wonderful service — attentive, kind, and made sure our experience felt extra special.
Congratulations to the owners and team for opening this special new spot in St. Augustine. We can’t wait to come back and try more!

Read moreI had brisket with mashed potatoes instead of risotto & my friend had a pizza w/ peaches, nuts & shrimp. They were both good but nothing special. Chocolate brownie was meh. So, i cannot give more than 2 stars. The waiter was ok and it was clean and neutral design inside. Always welcome to new restaurants but for me to give a higher score they need to be noticeably different/better. Menu was unique but not fancy (expensive too) & there was no fancy display of food items. We didn't understand most the ingredients at face value & only a couple items not out of our safety zone. Just feel it was too experimental. There's a lot of spicy ingredients on most food items also. I did hear meatloaf was really good tho from couple sitting next to us. I won't to do it again because this is supposed to be run by Floridian and it is absolutely nothing like Floridian restaurant....
Read moreOur first time dining here and man oh man it did not disappoint. We all shared 3 different appetizers and they each were amazing! The beet poke was some of the best beets I’ve ever had and one of our group doesn’t like beets and said they were phenomenal! The passion cru tuna was so tasty and a very interesting mix of flavors. The breads and spreads was also delish!! Our server was informative and knowledgeable about food and drinks. He made a red sangria with peaches and blackberries that was to die for. Overall just an amazing culinary experience!! Highly recommend but make reservation cause they stay full (with...
