Swig — Restaurant in Saint George

I come to this location about 4 or 5 times a week. The girls are always nice and professional but today they screwed up my order. I ordered two 44 ounce drinks. They handed me the drinks and I drove off thinking it's a much smaller size. When I stopped around the corner I realized that they wrote 44 on them but gave me 24 oz drinks. Simple enough mistake so I turned around and they made me sit in line the entire time. The girl taking orders said there's nothing she could help me with and I just had to talk to them at the window and waited an additional 7 minutes before someone could help me. Once I got to the window they just said they're sorry and to give them some time to remake them. They did remake that and finally got my order correct with zero offer for any kind of compensation. Not an extra cookie or even to keep the existing drinks they gave me in just a remake them correctly. They may train their stuff to take orders but whoever manages the place has completely failed to train them in the event they...

This location was new to me! I was ordering a couple drinks and had some indecision; the staff was very patient and helpful with suggestions! I was grateful. It's a little trick to navigate in and out of the drive way area, but we figured it out after a 3 pt turn haha. Great drinks and we love the cookies. It may surprise some, but the sugar cookies are always refrigerated. (I always get either a classic sugar or a dirt ball) and honestly this is one of the details I love about getting a treat here. I love how the cookie holds up firmly and the butter cream frosting is chilled. Yum! Oh, also. I don't know why, but the ice here was not airy and crunchy like at the other location I normally go to. I'm sure their menu is pretty good... But they don't even have all of their flavor options on their menu. Plus when I've gone they have a person out in the drive through taking your order before you even get to the large outdoor menu. So you can't really even see what's on the menu before they start to try to take your order. If you don't have their menu memorized then be prepared to hold up the line while you ask for a list of their options and flavors. That being said, once I have gotten through the awkward task of trying to figure out what to order, everything I've tasted has been good enough to go back again when in need of refreshment.
