Arrived at this location and my experience was absolutely terrifying. I ordered 2 chicken Al pastor bowls. 1 bowl had an adequate amount of meat, the 2nd one did not. When I brought it to the servers attention and told him to take a look at the 2 bowls for a comparison, it was extremely visible that the second bowl did not have the same amount of meat as the first one. Do you know what his resolution was? He (right in front of my face) stuck his hands (in gloves) into the bowl with the right amount of meat and grabbed a small amount of chicken and proceeded to transfer meat from that bowl to the other (I’m still in disbelief). When I told him that I did not want either bowl due to him putting his hands in the food and that I would like for him to start the process over he did just that but now he is laughing as if myself, his job, or my food that he is mishandling is a joke. LAUGHING at a customer that you’ve already upset. He starts to prepare the bowls again and now he is putting little to no meat in the bowls (maybe that was what the jokes was). At this point I’m so irritated with this guy I tell him that I no longer want him to serve me and would like for someone else to prepare my food. His response? “I don’t care what you want” VERBATIM! SMH imagine being a customer and being told by a employee of the business you are patronizing that they don’t care what you want as if your not paying for it the food. Not a good feeling. So at this point I ask to speak with a Manager. His response “Iam the Manager” 🤦🏾♂️ so I ask him his name. Instead of simply telling me his name he directs me to the cards in front of the register. Apparently he is an apprentice by the name of Ismael Herrera- Castro. I left and went to a totally different location which is out of my way but if I have to drive a little further to receive the service I should be receiving I will do just that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! I will also be calling the health department to find out if there were any health code violations committed by him digging his hands in my food and attempting to serve it to me because if this is how he handles the food in front of the customers there isn’t any telling what he does when no one is looking!...
Read more7/15/21: Once again I bought dinner from this location and it was a VERY SMALL PORTION! Like I said previously, it's hit it miss. I ordered 2 bowls tonight one chicken with fajita veggies and one carnitas both with rice, beans, tomato salsa, chili-corn salsa,cheese and sour cream (extra sour cream) BOTH of the bowls has barley any rice in it, a lot of bean juice, a TON of cheese and A WHOLE LOT OF SOUR CREAM in it. I honestly had more sour cream and cheese then ANYTHING. There wasn't even that much meat in it. I called them TWICE and they didn't answer. And you can't call corporate because they don't have a phone number. I would NOT order from this location if you can go to the one on 4th Street and 35th Ave North. Unfortunately I'm disabled and don't have a vehicle otherwise I'd order from there myself. I added a picture of the 2 bowls from tonight to this.
7/7/21:I recently found out that this location is a training location for all the new employees to Chipotle. Because of that I've tried not to complain about anything. But the last 3 times I've ordered from here my portion size has been VERY small. The first time it was for a burrito, and 2 bowls, the second time it was 2 bowls and both times I didn’t call and complain. But tonight was the third time it happened. I also paid more for extra sour cream on both bowls and not only did I not get extra but I barely got any on either one of the bowls. Then I ordered a regular size queso and chips and a large chips and guac. But the large chips had the same amount as the regular size. My family and I LOVE Chipotle and with me waiting for knee surgery it's easier for me to just order food sometimes so we order from this location a lot (like weekly if not weekly biweekly) so it's frustrating because you never know if you're going to get your food just right out if the rice will be undercooked, you'll get a small portion size, there will be too much jalapenos in the salsa or what's going to happen. I will say this much, the manager Heather is a sweetheart and helped me a while back when I had another issue, which was another reason I tried not to say anything. Read moreSo today I placed an order with chipotle through DoorDash because of the ongoing pandemic I try to stay in the safety of my home Since March I have been working from home so I order in quite often multiple times this chipotle on fourth Street has either forgotten my drink or chips so when I’m having a craving and I want to ensure my order is correct I call in, today I called in a woman named Lisette answered the phone I told her what my name is I even spelled it out so there was no confusion I told her what my order was a vegetarian bowl, that I would like extra brown rice and vinaigrette on the side I called it Italian vinaigrette she corrected me and said it was honey vinaigrette I said OK thank you that’s what I’d like she then said that someone had to speak to me his name is Xavier I assume he’s the manager he immediately got on the phone telling me the sauce is going to be one dollar I said that was fine and told him that I had already asked DoorDash to make the update and it never happened so that’s why I was calling in he continued to go on to tell me that on future orders if I called he was also going to have to charge me a dollar and I said that’s fine I just want the sauce to go with my meal because I like it 20 minutes later my food arrives not only did I not get the vinaigrette after borderline being harassed I also didn’t get my pressed tortilla shell I asked for with my bowl via DoorDash that was checked as one of the items that I’d like this whole situation is very comical to me to say the least instead of outsourcing energy to harass a customer about a one dollar sauce when they are already spending money at your establishment how about let’s focus some energy on actually making sure their items are in the bag that they asked for I called in to explain the situation and the manager did take blame saying miscommunication was all on his end but I already knew that bc I was completely thorough because of the fact that I’ve had this happen five or six times now at this same exact location get it...
