It all goes downhill from there. I arrived approximately 7Am. So one of the first few tables in the restaurant. The floors were dirty! Did they get swept the day before? There were crumbs on the chair and table next to me, and it was clearly set for a guest . Crumbs on the chair across from me. One would normally not notice, except the dirty floor had me looking harder. I ordered one of the new menu items (barbecoa burrito) that took an exceptionally longer time than necessary considering I was one of 6 guests in the restaurant. The cooks must still be learning how to plate the item. The lime flavor was almost overpowering at first, but later into the meal ok. Hardly any meat, but plenty of potato. Overall... Ok. Cranberry crush drink, refreshing but really hard to tell if the $1 immunity boost was really in there. At check out, the system needed to be rebooted in order for me too pay, and this happened mid transaction. I had to switch to a different terminal, with my transaction still in progress on the first one. Not a good feeling. Overall... Nick is what is keeping a star in this rexiew. My tab as $18 and some change... I tipped him $20. Lets get this restaurant...

This has been by far one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Arrived at 10:55am Friday. Young African came to take my order after seating me. I quickly gave her my order ....mentioned I was in tight schedule. Bevarages came within 10 mins ...Soup came.....within 15 mins. Server NEVER came back to my table ......finally she saw that my entree' didn't arrive....this was after 35 mins had passed since I sat down. Apologized ....said order was lost....meals in the house. I told her that wasn't necessary I just wanted my meal and needed to leave. 26 mins later .....I walked out....no meal.....I said goodbye and told the server exactly why I was leaving....she never offered a manager to get involved or to take my concern with respect and interest. My time was stolen....my dignity and patience tested. This is my 2nd experience of this nature and I believe it's a top down problem. Poor training with no clear message from leadership on priorities and the customer. I'm fairly new to the community but will share my experience with neighbors ... friends and family. SHAME ON YOU 1ST WATCH FOR TAKING A LOYAL CUSTOMER...
