Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Phil, who took care of us yesterday (6/5/2025) at Chicken Salad Chick on 4th Street North in St. Petersburg. We came in right at closing, and not once did he make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Phil was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and had such a positive, upbeat spirit that honestly made our whole evening.

Even though it was the end of the day, he took the time to walk us through the menu, explain what was still available, and even gave us helpful tips on how to make our order better for next time when we aren’t so last minute. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and it meant a lot.

It’s rare to come across service like that these days someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and makes guests feel valued. Phil was informative, friendly, and just a breath of fresh air. I had such a good experience, and it’s people like him who make you want to come back.

First time I ever ate here I accidentally ordered two meals with nuts and the team was so sweet and immediately made me two fresh meals Be mindful that a lot of the food here does have nuts so check the menu. Appreciate the team and I am appreciate you helping me out. Having an allergy can be difficult and they are very accommodating

Went here for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised at first but then disappointed in desert. The chicken salad was great on the croissant and the Mac and Cheese was perfect.

However, I picked up a slice of the white chocolate cake ($5+) and it was dried out so I did not eat only a few bites. I decided to say something at the register. The response was “ok” and turned to a customer whom just walked up. On the way out I happen to see the Asst. Manger. I told her as well and she replied “thanks for letting me know” and continued walking. I was shocked that both individuates seem to careless and did not offer any solution, But even more disappointing was feeling brushed me off.
