So I placed an order on our way to a hotel we were staying at for the night. I know this part isn’t Chick-fil-A’s problem but I used the link that they provided on their app, it took me to Google maps and it ended in the middle of a downtown Salt Lake City block with nothing there but some double doors that said food court. After asking a few people walking by I was informed that I needed to continue down the block and turn right at which point I would see the drive through. The strangers were correct, I went further down the block and found a little sign stuck out on the corner saying drive thru this way. Ok so now on to Chick-fil-A at least at this location! I followed the signs which took me inside the block, where I found a line of cars. Not knowing what else to do I pulled in behind them. 5 minutes later a guy with a cow colored face mask came to my car and asked me what I needed. I gave him my name, he looked at his tablet, said “ok” and walked away. NOTHING else was said. I sat there for another 10 minutes still not sure what to do, when finally a lady showed up, handed me a bag and quoted my order. Since she quoted my order word for word I assumed it was right. WRONG! Missing fries, sauces, and a sandwich! Never again will I use the Chick-fil-a at the city center again! Severely disappointed as my experience over all as a whole has been very positive. It is worth the drive to the Sugarhouse or even the mobile North Salt Lake stores to not have to go through that...

I asked for the manager, but she defended him because she never heard what he said and his tone of voice. I ordered on the app and when I arrived at the pick up location, I selected I had arrived. The app said my food would be out in 2 to 6 minutes. I waited over 15 minutes and finally went into the store. Tymm said in a very smart a$# tone, " if you wanted your food hot, you should have come into the store and got it" . I told him the app said it was to be delivered to my car and they never delivered it. He again said, "then you should have come in and got it" The manager on duty told me the app was wrong and they don't do curb side delivery. Even though the app said it would be delivered to Chick-fil-A spot #5 where I was parked. I sure hope Chick-fil-A management doesn't tolerate such rude, condescending attitudes such as Tymm and the manager on duty. This happened on Monday 5-29-23 at about 8:15 pm. So incredibly rude of them, I wish they had a zero...
Read moreI have been to several Chick-Fil-a’s all across the country and never had such a hard time. My go to breakfast is the number 7 (bagel chicken sandwich) but I like it with the spicy chicken and pepper jack cheese. The girl says “We don’t have spicy chicken for the bagels and I have to ring it up separately and it will cost more.” Whatever, just give me my breakfast. So she finishes ringing it up and the sandwich alone costs $7, that’s before the meal with the coffee. Whatever, my wife orders the breakfast bowl with sausage. The “team leader” then comes over and says that they have to switch the hash browns with fruit because the truck hasn’t come in yet. So now you want to replace the hash browns in the bowl and my meal with fruit. Absolutely ridiculous. I normally love chick-fil-a and eat it often, but will never recommend this...
