My Fiancé and I love Roxberry, but this was the worst service and cleanliness that I've ever seen. I usually am not someone to give reviews, but they deserve this bad review. When we went to order, no one would help us. They were all avoiding us. So we wait a while, when an employee from SUBWAY comes over, and tells us that their system is down and that the workers are too scared to tell everyone. Uhh okay? So we waited 10 minutes and their system was working again. So I order my drink. They act bugged with us because they are closing in 15 min and didn't want to make a smoothie. The guy who was supposed to be making our smoothie, just got up and left. Didn't even finish making our smoothies. Then this girl WHO WAS CLEANING THE FLOOR with cleaners, got up and started making our smoothies. She didn't even wash her hands or put gloves on... ewww!! I kind of ignore it, but I start watching her make it. While making it, she picked up every cup and blender from the inside of them. So now I have dirty hand germs and cleaner inside my cup and the blender that they're making the smoothie in. There was a lady who was waiting for her drink as well, and she was mortified just like I was. The girl brings out our smoothies, and I tell her that it's unacceptable and disgusting how she handled the food. She walked away without saying anything. So then the manager comes out, refunds us our money, and tells us they don't have time to make us another smoothie... really? They didn't even care to make things right. I am appalled by this Roxberry and the workers there. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I'm still trying to figure out how to call the health department on them. Do...
Read moreSo my wife and I came in with our little family, hoping to grab a delicious smoothie to top off our day of adventure on the town (which doesn't happen often), only to be shut down and completely put off by the employees at this location. You know, I understand how annoying it is and how much we all hate those last minute customers who come in, 1 minute before you close which causes you to be late getting off, which then makes you late for whatever else you had planned for the rest of your evening. I've been there and done that. I've worked food service, retail and management and I know how frustrating it is to have that one customer who always seems to come in last minute and throw a wrench into the works, whether it be intentional or not. However, my wife and I simply wanted a smoothie to share, so we waited patiently at the register for someone to greet us, as they were busy cleaning up and getting ready to close, we understand that. The thing we don't understand is that we sat there, letting them do their thing(s), and then get refused service because someone in the back had "9 o'clock" on their phone and you were then closed. The girl with the tattoos on her arm said she had 8:59 on her own phone and mine said the same at the time. I'm going to give the girls the benefit of the doubt that it was a hectic day and everyone was just done with work and wanted to go home, I don't shame that one bit, but I have always been told that the customer comes first, even when they're wrong, they're right. Just disappointed about the experience we had there tonight and I hope that something is done about it, so others don't suffer from the...
Read moreI will note that I have gotten shakes here before and they tasted fine. But after this experience I will not dine at this location again and hope that others will follow suit as they realize the unsanitary and unprofessional standards this establishment holds.
I was at the mall today around 8-9. During my time there, I could hear and see an employee of Roxberry talking/yelling profanities to a female “customer” sitting at a nearby table. In addition to this, this employee, after a time, had removed items of clothing to only be wearing a sleeveless shirt. That is nasty and unsanitary for a food service establishment. Finally, as I was perplexed that he would be without sleeves, no doubt shedding disgusting armpit hair, he looked at me and remarked about my looking at him. As I walked away, I could hear him talking to that same female “customer” in regards to my looking at him. At which point they both stared at me as I walked away. Thus is unacceptable and shows that the standards of this employee and potentially Roxberry are far below...
