This place was absolutely wonderful! We are from Ogden and will definitely make the drive back down, again and again! We walked in and everyone was very kind they were smiling and attentive. As we were looking over our menu, sitting at the sushi bar, our waitress Jacqueline, told us it was their 1st day open today, so we were on board to give it a try. The lighting was very calming, and comforting, the music was a great choice. We ordered a large sashimi plate. Kaze had us from the get go with fresh sashimi that we have a hard time finding at other sushi restraunts! And when it was presented to us, it was beautiful, and arranged on a gorgeous stone plate ♥️. And was delicious! We also ordered a mixed green salad, DYNAMITE!! The beef tataki was incredible also, our rolls were excellent and beautifully put together with such an artistic touch! Also the tonakatsu ramen was VERY yummy! As we looked around at the food that was ordered by other customers, it was all looking like they took the time to prepare and present the food to appeal to everyone! I hope this review prompts others to go visit the restraunt and support them! And hope everyone that try’s it tells everyone they know to give them a try! They will not be disappointed! And the best part of all, is THEY ARE OPEN ON...

The service here was great which they were very attentive but not overbearing. All of the raw sushi tasted fresh and delicious. Our favorite roll was the Kaze roll and best drink being the Kaze Mule which was amazing sitting on their patio for a hot summer night. Having the front patio to eat at is always a huge plus for us since we enjoy people watching and there is a lot of foot traffic in the area.

Considering the current circumstances and Covid-19 will be a thing for a while their tables are spaced out six feet apart. Per Utah Law please be considerate of others and bring/wear your mask. There was a group of 26 people there who were not wearing masks when they left. It's tedious to wear constantly I get it but please think of others.

Strongly recommend making reservations in advance especially on the weekends as this place is poppin! Two girls showed up at the same time as us (Saturday, August 1st 8:30 PM) and were told they would have to wait at least 20 minutes for a table. Setting up reservations is very easy to do since it is one of the locations you can use your Google Assistant to set up the reservation for you! Freaking amazing and my favorite extra feature of the place. Plus it's hard for them to tell it's...

We chose this spot based on previous Google reviews, and thank goodness for the power of a good Google review!

This spot is a knock-out. Extremely authentic Japanese cuisine, heavily leaning towards sushi, but the menu has some excellent items that show off the skills of the whole kitchen crew.

We tried three selections of yakitori and they were well done. Could have used a bit more char on the chicken thighs, but that is a small critique.

The sushi menu is varied, from maki, negiri, sushi and specialty rolls. All hand made with great care. Nothing comes quickly from the kitchen, which is also a good sign.

The ramen was very flavorful, packed with noodles still containing a bite, pork, egg etc.

The real star was the Cha Soba, which you rarely see outside of Japan. A summer dish where the noodles are served cold, with a dipping sauce and vegetable tempura. This was a surprise...

I was honestly not expecting much out of the fish and asian cuisine in Utah but I have been recently corrected. First off, it took a while to get our menus/drinks after we had sat down. Perhaps our server was relatively new, I'm not sure but it wasn't really busy for a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the black cod yaki and an eel/avocado roll and my buddy just had a spicy salmon roll. I was glad they were able to add avocado to the eel roll with no extra charge. It was cool that the rolls came out together with my cod so we could eat together. The only issue I had with my dish is that the cod skin wasn't really crispy and the tempura green beans underneath the fish soaked up all the oils from the cod making it soggy. The rest of the meal was good but they seemed to skimp a bit of fish in the rolls. Maybe next time I'll have to get the nigiri to fully taste the quality of the fish.

Atmosphere: it has a very chill and low key type of vibes. Music was good and the seating and table set was pleasing. I will say they just opened, and so it wasn’t busy at all for a Friday night (around 9pm). Service: our waiter was great and we were greeted and sat immediately upon arriving. Our waiter made sure that our waters were full and checked consistently on how things were going. Food: sushi was very tasty and pleasantly displayed. The cucumber roll was different and delicious. The Mars, Kaze and kyuri roll were ordered. All were great! Had gyozas for appetizers and those were nicely sautéed and cooked! As well as dessert, I mean.. deep fried cheesecake with ice cream?.. it speaks for itself. Price: id say pretty typical for sushi. It isn’t cheap ichiban but also not tekashi prices. Overall a great experience and I hope to see this place packed. It’s well deserved.
