When we walked in, they told us it would be a wait for rice and the string bean chicken to be ready. Since they said it was only a 5-6 minute wait, I said I would wait for it. I paid at the register and they gave me a bag with spring rolls in it and said they would call my name when it was ready. 10-15 minutes go by, and they call me up. There’s a note on the register that says “no receipt? Enjoy your meal on us!” Well, the girl hadn’t given me a receipt when she rang me up, so I asked about the sign. She says she gave it to me, I say she didn’t, she goes through my bag, doesn’t find it, then goes through the trash under the register and pulls my receipt out. She tries to give it to me at this point and I refer her back to the sticker on the register. She goes to get her team lead, who comes to tell me they don’t give refunds but they can give me another meal for free. I ask why they even have the sign then if it’s false advertising. The team lead said, and I quote, “We can’t give refunds once you’ve already paid us.” What?? You wouldn’t get a receipt until AFTER you pay, how does that make any sense?! Take the sticker off the register and be honest about the time it’ll take to make the food, but it was especially frustrating that the employees were arguing with me about something that was explicitly stated on a sign in front of my face. If they don’t give you a receipt, don’t even bother asking about the sign, it’s not worth your time.

Went to this Panda express at Gateway mall recently. I ordered food and they actually ignored me in line and waited on the person behind me instead of ringing up my order. When I said something the cashier ignored me. Then after that I watched as 6 to 8 male employees were giving another customer royal treatment. It took 6 to 8 men to carry this customers order to a table and after that they stood around doing nothing looking at the order for 5 minutes and then another employee actually stood guard staring at the order. Mindblowing. I've never seen anyone get that level of treatment. Geez they were acting like they were waiting on a celebrity. Then I had just finished eating at a table when an Employee, possibly Alexa started spraying cleaner furiously on the table behind me and she managed to get the cleaner in my face and mouth. I was dizzy so I dropped my napkins and Alexa stood there and griped for me to pick it all up. So this is how I get treated after the outrageous display that I just seen with the other customer?!?! Really?? Also the food wasn't good, the mushroom chicken had no meat and the chow mein wasn't good and the employees gave me less food then normal. The big problem at this location is there's too many mean mexican women working.

I came here after a long day of volunteering for blue star families (around 12pm on Saturday), we were given free kids meal cards for volunteering and they said it wasn’t valid which is fine I get that but that’s not the worst part. The girl serving (i didn’t get her name) had dark hair which was put back in a bun, she gave us literally no food in our kids meals, she didn’t even bother giving us a full scoop of rice and took extra time out of her day to dump some of the half filled cup out. Not to mention the wait although it wasn’t even busy. When we got to checking out the girl just left us at the checkout and helped new people. I did however encounter a good experience with the employee named Melody but that was about the only good thing. Now this is the worst part, i found a HAIR in my food. I’m pretty sure it was an eyelash/eyebrow hair in my quarter scoop of fried rice. I walked out with a dirty stare from the girl employee and safe to say i will not be coming back. Do better.

They hired someone that doesn’t know what they are doing, to do everything for them. No one helps with online order customers. They have this kid at the register who thinks that he just has to do the orders for the people who do walk in orders. He completely ignores people picking up online orders. I had to interrupt him serving a customer to get him to pay attention to me and my order that was already late. My order was sitting there. I tell him if he can please do my order because it is late. He tells me he has go bag it. I tell him can he please bag the order because it has been sitting there and he keeps skipping it to serve walk ins. He has ignored that order for 10 minutes, and if I didn’t tell him 3 times to please bag my order, I might have never gotten my order because he would keep skipping it and it would be there all night. To top it off, the other staff knows he is not competent to be handing everything, but they just sit back and watch him burn and don’t help with anything. The kid is not competent for this. He has a dry erase board and he writes things down to remember things because he can’t remember things like my order. Even after he writes them down he already forgets because he doesn’t reference the board he just wrote down on and goes back to serving walk ins and forgetting all online orders. Literally no one else will help. All the online order people got fed up with getting ignored so they all bombarded him with their orders and completely cut off the walk in people that were in line and then they started getting mad that they were being ignored, but hey, Panda hired someone who can only literally do 1 thing at a time, and make him do everything at front of house even though he is clearly not competent. It’s on Panda for being a...

I recently placed an online order but unfortunately I placed it at the wrong location which is completely my fault. When I called to try to cancel the order and get a refund they said I have to go online to get my refund. After spending time online trying to figure out a way to get a refund I found out I can't get a refund online. I then called the store back and the person who answered the phone said something about the manager not being in today and hung up the phone. I tried calling back the following day due to the terrible service and not wanting to be hung up on again only for the phone not to be answered. I called again multiple times that day and the next day with no answer. On the third day of calling in, someone finally answered the phone. The background was extremely loud and it was hard to hear them on the phone and I kept apologizing for not being able to hear them and asked for them to repeat themselves. They got annoyed and put me on hold and got someone else and I had to start the whole conversation over again only to find out that I have to come in and show them proof of my receipt even though I gave them the order number off my receipt and it sounded like they were able to pull it up on their end. This restaurant is over an hour away from where I am and I explained that it is really hard for me to drive all the way up to their location to get a receipt and they said nothing more could be done. I do understand that it was my mistake for putting in the wrong location but I would expect a company to have better customer service skills and to be a little more helpful. I am very...
