Sweet Rolled Tacos — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Rolled tacos are pretty good! Staff is awful and disrespectful. I was visiting Utah and wanted to find a cool place to take my nephews and niece and my daughter and came across this. We went and was very excited. We placed our order and they completely forgot about our order, after waiting 15 mins, I asked her the girl in the register why the 3 people in front of us had already gotten their order, she replied with it’s because they haven’t done your order yet, she tried to cover it up and then went to her staff and told them to do the order, then she mentioned to one of the staff members “that lady is so annoying” I can clearly hear her and I say I know you are talking about me. Anyways, she gets on “trying to help” make one of our 4 orders and on purpose gives us a completely wrong creation and then laughs about it. I was on my way to the airport and did not have time to speak to the manager but was disappointed how unprofessional the staff was. The only one which I have included in the pictures was the one I have nothing to complain bc he was very nice and was actually working very hard while the others slacked off. So...

This place gets a 5 on yumminess, but their customer service needs a little help. They’re all very nice, but they can’t seem to make the orders in the right order. The first time we went it took a while, maybe 20 minutes, to get our two rolled taco desserts. I thought a few people that ordered after us got their orders before us (same items, just different flavor, but I knew they were short staffed so didn’t say anything. But today we went in and ordered a milkshake. One single milkshake. We watched order after order go out, asked about our order, and was told they’d forgotten but would do it right then. More orders went out, we checked again, they again said they’d get right on it. Person after person that ordered after us got their food and left. Finally, 30 minutes later, we got our milkshake. They said “sorry, we’re short staffed”, but that doesn’t explain out they can’t seem to make things in the order in which they’re sold. We ended up having to eat our lunch in the 10 minutes we had left for lunch. Makes you think about going there...

Me and my boyfriend are regular customers since we live just a block away but every time we get there the experience gets worst. We love the product and flavors (that’s the only reason why we keep coming back) but every time we go there, the employees look like they don’t want to be there, there’s is usually just one people working hard on the ice creams and the other ones (2 or 3 more) are just walking around or doing the things REALLY slow even though there are a huge line of people waiting. The wait time is always at least 30 minutes (sometimes even 45) which I think its way too much for an ice cream. Today, like every weekend, we came for and ice cream and asked the cashier what does the “Rainbow Road” ice cream tastes like (because I’ve never tried before) and she told me “I don’t know I haven’t tried that one” and didn’t even bother in asking someone else working there, she just kept looking at us waiting for us to order something, I was really disappointed.
