I exclusively order using the app DoorDash. Initially they would allow for notes and requests to articulate my reasonable accommodation needs I have for my disability such as sensory aversions or specific food sensitives that are not included in the section labeled Allergens. This violates ADA. Another complaint that I have is that the quality and consistency seem to no longer be a priority. The filet is often tough and overcooked. The sauce has often been overlooked and omitted. The veggies are no longer sliced where they actually will be cooked rather than left rather raw, and I can no longer order a beverage with my meal as It can never be guaranteed if I'll actually get an incorrect drink or an empty cup or plain fizzy water. On two occasions I had empty cups delivered to my door. On another occasion I was given cherry cola when I ordered crème soda. I cannot have caffeine after 3 pm. On the last 2 occurrences I was basically sold a cup of nasty unflavored carbonated water. I have tried to call the location directly. No ever answers the phone during business hours. I have left several messages, no response. If I didn't love your No More Cow Bowl as much as I do, I would have stopped ordering after the third strike.

Read moreI am an Uber eats driver. When I got to this restaurant the guy behind the counter was playing with his phone and refused to acknowledge me. When I finally just asked for the order it was handed over without incident, but the customer had asked for a cup of water, kind of a weird request but super easy to fulfill and make the customer happy, yet this guy who had been on his phone refused to give me the cup of water that the customer had requested. He said if the customer wanted a cup of water they had to pay for it. Then they wonder why they struggle to stay in business😂 Update: I delivered the order and it turns out the customer was disabled in a wheelchair and it’s hard for them to get around which is why they requested a cup of water which would normally be an odd request. Read moreI’ve been a fan of skinny fats for a while now, and today my experience was amazing!
I came into Hallpass with my mother who was from out of town and we decided to get food from Skinny Fats. We ordered, grabbed our buzzer, and headed to a high top by the bar. We had been chatting for about 30-45 mins and our buzzer hadn’t gone off, so I went back up to the counter to inquire about an ETA. The cashier, Luz, had told us our order was finished some time ago, and attempted to deliver it to us, however they could not find us.
We determined it was some issue with the buzzer itself, regardless she had taken great care of us with an incredibly kind and professional attitude that left me feeling overall happy and impressed.
The food here is amazing and their employees are even more so, I would strongly recommend this...
