You can really judge a lot about the character of a company when things do not go as planned and White Agent Bridal really pulled everything together for us. First, my wife (then fiancé) already had a wedding dress from another company, however, about a week before our wedding date she ended up having second thoughts and really wanted something different. I called White Agent Bridal, and they were able to accommodate us with this very short and sudden timeline, in fact they made an opening for us to come in that same day. We found the perfect (and I mean perfect) dress for my wife (then fiancé) and she totally fell in love with the dress. The dress was a little too long, so it needed to be adjusted and they were going to have that done that very night and available or us to pick up the next day. The next day we did not have time to try on the dress after we picked it up from the store and had to wait until that evening, once we were able to try it on, we realized that the dress was about 4 inches shorter than it should have been. There seemed to miscommunication between the person who measured the dress and the person who did the alteration.

When we informed White Agent Bridal, we got an immediate response and were told to come in ASAP the next day to get it fixed. (They really understood the situation and were just as stressed as we were about it). They assured us that they would make it perfect and went through great lengths to MAKE IT PERFECT. I cannot stress to you how much effort they put into this, they had to replace an entire part of the dress with new fabric, so we didn’t have any weird seams or lines. I will always be grateful to them for taking us in at the last minute and going all out for us to have the perfect dress. They are so nice and treated us like family and THANK YOU SO MUCH. Not impressed with the customer service. It was extremely embarrassing as a bride to be to not be able to try on any of the styles of dresses you were wanting because the largest size they carry is a 12 but it runs small. I am a size 12 and was a size 12 at all the other dress shops, but could not get these dresses on to save my life. They only had two size 14 dresses and they were not my style at all, but I tried them on anyway because I was embarrassed to leave without showing my mom and niece something. It was also very strange to me that the attendant did not ask many questions on the style of dress I wanted but instead made my niece and I go through all their dresses on our own and pull them out. She was quite awkward and I could tell shy and uncomfortable with taking charge of the situation, i.e. her job. I think she wrote us off immediately since she probably knew I wasn’t going to fit in any of the dresses. It was a complete waste of time and I had to ask to be clipped in the size 14 and she didn’t know what she was doing, had the clips in the wrong place and not enough to get a good feel of what the dress would look like fitted. If you have a less experienced staffer helping brides, it would be helpful to have another person there she can call on. It’s odd to me that there are not bigger dresses to try on since typically you try it on in a bigger size and then order the dress in your size. She also didn’t measure me. Would not recommend this place at all. She was late for starters. Jennifer was not helpful or welcoming. Acted like we were putting her out to be there. Didnt try to make the bride feel special. Very unprofessional. It should be a fun and memorable experience and it was far from that.

Yes the 3 of us did all leave bad reviews. That is how unhappy we were with our experience. We were very excited to come to your store as we had heard great things about it. We picked out some dresses and you took them back and then you helped her into the dress. That is the extent of the help we received from you. Every other bridal shop talked to us and the Bride to be, asked questions, what would make the dress better? Do you like it? How do you feel in it? Let us/her know of different ways that it could be altered. How do you feel? Fluffed the train out. We got none of that from you. You were on the phone returning phone calls. In fact, you were returning a phone call to my daughter when we were in the store, she had just put a dress on and was out showing it to us, because we had to call and left a message because we were there and outside and wondering where you were. You acted like we were putting you out to be there. We did not receive the warm welcome and help that we received from other shops. These reviews were not for ill intent but more so that you realize how you treated us and can maybe do things different with another bride so that she doesn't feel the way you made my...
