This is a sushi omakase restaurant (the menu is fixed with the chef’s selections), that is in a hidden location that is part of the ASA Bakery. You need to make reservations, and they only have one seating per evening for 10 people.

Read moreSushi Gaga is a rare gem, a place that defies expectations and elevates the simple act of eating sushi to an art form. It's a five-star experience that's all about the joy of discovery, the pleasure of taste, and the sheer love of sushi done spectacularly right. All the dishes are super delicious and special! The omakase menu was a journey through the waters of Japan, with each course telling its own story, and I wish they could have lasted forever. And it wasn't just the food that had me hooked; it was the whole atmosphere. The space is cozy, almost intimate, with a warm wood counter that invites you to watch the culinary magic up close. The staff were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I think it's the best omakase restaurant in San Diego that I've...
