Subject: Wendy's Mobile App
I wanted to use the Wendy's mobile app offer for $2 off any combo.... I went ahead and selected it so that when I placed my order through the drive-through all I would have to do is have the drive-through employee scan the barcode within the app and the $2 would be deducted..... When I got to the window the offer could not be located anywhere within the app even after the drive-through employee tried to scan QR Code .... There has been a few instances that this has happened and I don't know why even after closing the app completely and then reopening it the offer was still gone..

Read moreVery unhappy long term customer. I have been going here for many many years. Lady on the mic cut me off so I had to complete the order at the window. It took them so long to deliver the food ( no offense either the walkway was to small or the people work in there were so large they couldn't move past each other to do their jobs effectively). The sauce requested for the 40 nuggets was not put in the bags. But of course the doors are locked because the dining room is closed for some reason. So I had to walk to the drive through window to try to get the missing items. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. I asked if I can get the missing sauce. She gives me 1 sauce. I asked for multiple 3 more times. I ended up with 4 sauces for 40 nuggets and 3 additional entrees. She told me I had enough. Common I wasnt being unreasonable...

A tiny burger and a chicken sandwich. My burger was 200% over done complete with burnt to a crisp edges tougher than nails. They knew better there was no way that burger should have hit the bun. My chicken sandwich was sad. I don't like mayo so I paid over 5 bucks for the 1 slice of the oldest tomato 🍅 ever and a bun. The chicken my have been fully cooked but it didn't look like.
