San Francisco: Must-Try Hidden Gem of Thai Cuisine – Must Be Tai

Let’s Start with the ambience they were playing that It movie which was interesting because there was a lot of blood and gore but the restaurant is usually empty, I feel like I’m a lot of people take their food to go. On the service was pretty standard nothing to upper echelon nothing terrible, Our server was attentive and pretty much brought us everything we needed. Starting with the fresh rolls: Definitely true to the name very fresh Fresh and pretty standard overall I am filled with vegetables and tofu served with a chili lime vinaigrette. The cucumber salad: to me is one of the best things on the menu you definitely cannot go wrong eating this cucumber salad I’m not sure exactly what that sauce is that it comes in but that sauce is amazing so if you do come here test out the cucumber salad. Next step was that IThai fried rice and added some chicken in there which made it splendiferous, This is my go to when I come here I cannot come to iThai and not get their chicken fried rice I know this may seem basic but he got to stick to what you know I’m so I would definitely suggest grabbing some fried rice adding the chili paste for some extra flavor. Last but not least the sweet-and-sour vegetables: was amazing I swallowed it it had a lot of flavor vegetables are cooked to perfection and it wasn’t overdone. IThai is a place you go to right before you’re about to go out and have about 10 drinks because I know that’s what you San Francisco people love to do is drink so come to iThai for a little pregame the food is not that expensive and it’s usually empty if you want to just sit down and eat.

Excellent restaurant. Excellent thai food. Reasonable prices. Me and my wife took Tom yam koong. Yummy. Excellent. Spicy. Several shrimps with lemon grass, mushrooms. Spicy. Just like it supposed to be. Real genuine Thai food. We continued with Pad Thai chicken. Yummy as well. Excellent. We continued with Mango and sticky rice. Excellent. Real Thai food. With rice and cold Coke. Very tasty meal. Excellent service. Very nice Atmosphere with background music. Very reasonable prices. Full value for your money. Service by poppy, a real Thai girl, With a perfect smile, and perfect service. I give it 5 stars. It's worth it. Very recommended. 27 February 2024

The workers here always mess something up. Food is good so I go back when it's convenient, but I just don't understand why they always mess up my orders.

The last time I dined here, the server put our food at another table and didn't make sure we got our food. We kept asking and they said it'd "be ready soon" without checking with the kitchen. Turns out, they left the food at a different table and it was just sitting there for 20 mins.

For my most recent delivery, I specifically made sure I requested for utensils and napkins since I just moved to a new apartment and don't have any utensils here. I ordered tom yum soup and a papaya salad. They did not provide me with utensils or napkins. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT NOW? HOW DOES A RESTAURANT MESS UP THIS BADLY...

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing Thai restaurant during my trip to San Francisco from Toronto, and I can’t recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious. Flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced. It came out quickly, which was a huge bonus after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. I was with a diverse group, including people from the States and the United Kingdom, and we all couldn’t stop raving about the meal long after we finished. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic,...
