Church's Chicken — Restaurant in San Juan

So disappointed. The counters were dirty at 9am and there was no one in there and the person that was taking orders was doing drive thru first and the 2 people in the store were ignored then she asked us to please wait while she took a call on her personal cell phone and the girl makimg the food pushed the garbage down with the same gloves she used to prepare the food. I left and threw the food out.. I was so upset and disappointed. She attended 5 people in drive thru and I understand but take the 2 people inside and then finish the drive thru or take turns. All church's are slow but this one was slow, dirty and customer service was horrible . I would give no...

I went today, after a long time, because I was in the mood to eat from here. Last time I went, they told me they were closing at 7pm. This time I got there at 6:45pm to be told that the store was closed because they are "short staffed." Mind you, there were like 5 or 6 employees in the store, which is what they normally have, yet they expected me to get through Drive thru, even though I don't have a car, to place an order. Make it make sense how you can take Drive thru orders but not in store orders!!!! Also, they have absolutely NO SIGNS as to their modified...

First....I could not understand the drive through person...had to keep repeating my order and my questions...wait was longer than expected...one I got my food...it was very disappointing because my chick tenders were over fried...my majadas...were so dry...even the gravy on them didnt help...they gave me an orange soda when I asked for 7up.
