Not everyone, but one of the girls working there was super friendly and attentive, even when it got busy. She’s actually the one who makes the best drinks and even tells the others how to make them right. I got regular mojitos ($12) and a piña colada ($10), and they were both really good.

My tip: get your drinks here, hang out at the tables for a bit, and when you’re ready to dance, head to the other end of the plaza where the food truck-style stands are. That area is open-air, so you’re out on the street, not crammed inside some bar where you can’t even dance comfortably or have to wait in line to get in.
