Ayer tuve la grata experiencia de visitar este restaurante tras varias recomendaciones, y puedo decir que superó mis expectativas.

Comenzamos con un aperitivo: la ensalada y el Carpaccio di Manzo, exquisitamente fresco. Para el plato fuerte, probamos la Bistecca al Vino acompañada de un risotto de setas, ambos sencillamente deliciosos. El otro plato fuerte, la Melanzana Alla Parmigiana, estuvo riquísimo.

Pero lo que realmente asegura que regrese no es solo la calidad de la comida, sino el servicio. Desde el recibimiento hasta el staff, todos fueron atentos y cordiales. Nuestro mesero, Julián, hizo de la experiencia algo aún más especial.
