Ok, this time it goes 2 stars for Starbucks. The atmosphere is nice and the product they deliver is more or less ok. Coffee is tasty but freshly squeezed juices aren't available. Fresh orange juice with a shot of espresso is simply gorgeous. It gives less acidity to the body, is healthy and tasty. The bad part starts when I try connecting their wifi. There was no info where I could find it. The guy (was tipped) pointed at the receipt. Again, no info there on which exactly is the pass. Tried 3 different possible figures and ended up again asking the guy. Tried 3 more times, didn't work. Again asked. Turns out the dash sign has to be excluded. 3 more attempts, not working. At this point I could use my data and forget the wifi. But it became interesting to me so again asked the coffee guy and now there should be added 2 more letters from the next row. Ok, patiently following the procedure, again with no results. Then I was readdressed to the manager and bingo, we got a pop-up form to fill up with my data. But... again not allowing to connect. Once more bothered the manager. It turns out that I have to check the box agreeing to receive from them marketing emails!!! At this point I turned on my data for inet. Bottom line about Starbucks: 1)no information on wifi at all. 2)one cannot do the procedure without extensive help. 3) personnel not very willing to help. 4)personnel not knowledgeable. 5)the system is user-unfriendly. 6)marketing is offensive. This greatly differs from my European experience where the one who delivers a service thinks about your UX, time...
Read moreI am a regular Starbucks customer at various locations in Puerto Rico and New York, and this franchise is the worst I have ever been too. I live nearby, so I went on several occasions and the service and products are terrible. First, apparently there is no manager, because it takes forever to order anything, even when there are hardly any customers. Today, I was the second customer in line, there were 4 employees behind the bar, and after taking the order of the gentleman ahead of me they disappeared, preparing drinks, sorting money at the cash register, without even saying hello or acknowledging my presence. I eventually just left the products on the counter and left. On other occasions, I ordered pastries but they were stale, presumably because there are not many customers so products stay on the shelf for a long time. This place is well located, but no wonder there are few customers with such horrible service. They need a new manager asap to train these employees to do their job properly, starting with greeting customers with a...
Read moreThis is consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Itâs only declined over the years. They never greet you when you walk in the door then it takes them five minutes to take everyoneâs order associates. They tried to change me for the mug I walked in with. Then told me they couldnât put hot liquid in a Starbucks branded hot mugâŠ
Associates constantly seem confused by how to do their job or how the POs works. They prioritize to go orders before customers that are standing in front of them. Then they will just walk off the floor go in the back with their own food and drinks.
This location should be allowed to have the Starbucks branding. Whoever manages this locations should look into the how Starbucks are...
