Tafé just opened and we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it totally blew us away. First off, the service was excellent Monica and Nicole took the best care of us. Made us feel welcome and gave excellent recommendations. The parcha mimosa was perfectly balanced, not too much juice. The tostada were AMAZING! We ordered the jamón ibérico, the Brie and walnut with local honey, and the strawberry one. ALL AMAZING. We also ordered the papas bravas and OMG the sauce was delicious! I’m obsessed! This is the cutest little lounge around, and the food is phenomenal. The prices are comparable to other cafés in the area, and if you visit during their happy hour (from 4 to 7 p.m. daily) you’ll find even better deals and a wide variety of options. The chic yet minimalist décor gives it a cool vibe, creating a cozy, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere. The customer service is superb. I can’t speak highly enough about the excellent service we received. Mónica was our server, and she was charming, attentive, friendly and was wearing a genuine smile the whole time we were there. Y'all! Oh my goodness this place is absolutely amazing! From the cute little atmosphere of couches and fun chairs to the cappuccino and the French toast pot, the food is fantastic! Eric the chef is fantastic and so talented! You can see the passion he has for making each dish! Our server/ restaurant supervisor Monica was phenomenal and so kind. Her suggestions are top notch! My sister got a few drinks from the bar and let me tell you Letty was fabulous at making those drinks!
