The stuff is really rude. I went for lunch. The elote are really good. But you pay 7$ for 1 elote and half, just cut on 3 peases.. I ordered vegetarian burrito. It was so salty that tasted bitter so I couldn't eat it. There was some mushrooms that were so salty that it was really bad. I did order elote to go and small chips and salsas guacamole to go. I sit there like useless thing once I paid. A Latino dude who comes after me had his food and left. I waited Total of 48 minutes for chips and elote to go. They wanted to move me to a front table and keep me waiting. However I told her that I am ready to cancel the order at this point. So they bring it out. She was really really rude, saying sorry but in insulting angry manner. I noticed that he had his food and he came after me! She tried to lie to me that he was here earlier! Either way just bad service. The elote was good. The guacamole was blanck and without taste. I don't recommend. Rude stuff is owful. I will not go again.

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very nice. Our meals arrived quickly, which we really appreciated. However, what I did not like was the service. The waitress seemed uninterested in attending to us, and as a waitress myself, I understand how important this is. What was most inappropriate is that she came back to our table right after the bill was paid and asked why we hadn’t left a tip. Our bill was about $160, and my friend paid while I had planned to leave the tip in cash, as I prefer to give it directly to the server. Before we even stood up, she returned to ask if everything with the order was fine (which we said yes), but then immediately questioned us about the tip. That felt very disrespectful. I still left her a cash tip, but the way she asked about it made me very uncomfortable. I truly hope the staff improves, because the place and the food were amazing.

Truly an experience worth having! Firstly the energy and vibe in here is perfect, the food, even better….stopped in with my work crew and we were pleasantly surprised from beginning to end. The margaritas are delicious, I happened to have the La fiesta (coconut margarita) and we ordered the Birria tacos and WOW! Honestly the best I’ve had in my life, all jokes aside. The chicken tacos were ordered from my colleague and I took a bite and it was really good, the chips and guacamole were both freshly made and scraped down to nothing by the time we were done. The Elote (roasted corn) we had one each and was actually really good as well. Having had these foods in NY this was something I’ll never forget and will surely want to revisit again when here down the line. The service was outstanding, music just as great. Honestly you have to just drop in and find out for yourself…

VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE , we are young adults 21 and 22 we were not attended as quickly as the older adults. We waited an hour to be serviced and we were not serviced by waiters but by the bartender who does not know how to mix drinks ordered one tasted like a full cup of vodka. Bathroom had a rotten smell and a makeup bag was left by an employee who I heard through the door asking other employees if they had seen her makeup bag . Should not be applying makeup should be attending clients. When the food came was as it had been reheated and served not hot at all . Asked if it could be reheated the waiter very rudely and hostile towards me asked me why I repeated it was cold . They took a literal 40 minutes reheating my food. When we wanted to pay the check was brought but the waitress left as soon as it was set on the table. We were confused as to who we were supposed to go pay my friend and I got up to ask another waitress passive aggressively told uh its not with me it’s with her sweetheart the literal bartender when I had seen her charge other customers. When we left we passed the back door of the restaurant we realized the cause of the food being so late to be served because the workers where outside talking with friends assuming since the were not uniformed and the chefs were , they were smoking marihuana . Do not come here very limited seating counted only 7 tables all very small , there is a 2 hour limit for guests to eat to allow other guest to...

Not a welcoming place for visitors

We were in town for a wedding on 2/12 and, due to travel delays, missed dinner with the rest of the wedding group. Looking for a quick bite after checking into our accommodations, we chose this restaurant since it was within walking distance.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We waited a while before even receiving a menu, and when our server finally acknowledged us, she was unfriendly and seemed irritated to be serving us. She took my drink and food order but abruptly walked away before taking my boyfriend’s order. When we finally got her attention, she glanced at the time and told us the kitchen had closed—despite there being a few minutes left. We didn’t argue, but shortly after, a male server checked in and reassured us that the kitchen was not closed and we could still order. Thanks to him, my boyfriend was able to get a meal after our 15-hour travel day.

When his food arrived, we had to ask for utensils—twice—because our server seemed confused or uninterested, even though the food was sitting in front of us. She was not busy but seemed more focused on socializing than providing service.

While the food was great, the poor service left a bad impression. It truly felt like we were treated differently because we were American, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place...

For context, this is the first bad review that I have ever left a restaurant. The food was great but that's the only thing good that I can say unfortunately. We received the absolute worst service of any place we've ever been. I really hate leaving any business a bad review as a former business owner, but i feel the need to warn others. It took 15 minutes before a hostess even spoke to us. Once we were seated, the appetizer and drink order were pretty quick. The food also came out in a reasonable time. After that the service was non-existent. I ran out of something to dri k before my food arrived. The waitress brought our food she took my empty drink, and then never came back for around 30 minutes. We ate our entire meals without a drink and 30 minutes later was finally was able to catch the waitress to get our ticket. Still without anything to drink. Then we were forced to leave at least a 18% tip after basically no service. While we were eating we saw another table get up and leave after waiting for a...
