Pancho's Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

Called to ask what they’re special for today was & asked if they have real carne asada or just shredded beef because on Monday I ordered over the phone carne asada nachos & when I got back to work I realized they were shredded beef nachos. I should of checked my order before I left but the restaurant was completely empty & not busy so I didn’t think they would mess up my order. I explained this to the girl over the phone today & she kept giving me attitude & making excuses instead of a simply “sorry we messed up on your order” so then I said “well now I don’t feel like ordering from here today because of the attetude you’re giving me when I’m juet trying to explain what happened” and she said “okay good bye” and hung up! Worst costumer service ever! They need to fire that girl even if it’s a family run restaurant, she’s going to ruin...

We were on our way to Nipomo California to see our daughter and my wife said she was hungry and found Pancho's Mexican food on her maps app. So we pulled off for the freeway and found our way over there. The waitress was a little sweetheart she was so nice and they did have diet Coke so we each got one and perused to the menu. We both were in the mood for breakfast so we got the breakfast burrito with ham. So the waitress brought out chips and salsa and our drinks and not long after that the chef brought out our burritos. Well, I read a lot of the reviews and thought this should be the place to go. I wanted a breakfast burrito. I got there about 20 minutes too late, I guess. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and in that twenty minutes between breakfast and not breakfast the price increased 50%. It came out very hot and fresh but that's where the good things ended. It seemed like there was more potato than anything. The burrito wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. The taste was just kind of blah.
