I would normally avoid giving a negative review as I know the impact it can have on a business but in this case I believe it is something that can be overcome with some coaching. I have been ordering from this location since the pandemic moved us to working from home an I have never gotten anything but amazing service! Today however I seem to have made an error entering my address because I was in a hurry. When I call because the wait was longer that I previously had experienced. The young lady I spoke to told me the issue was my fault which of course I would have owned had she approached it differently. She told me that it was delivered to the address I provided however there is no 860 on my street. She told me my order was too large for her to “eat it”. I understand business and would have offered to pay for the replacement but she did not give me the opportunity. About 15 minutes later someone arrives with our order that they picked up off the neighbors porch. It had been sitting outside in the heat for awhile the ice was melted the vegetables were wilted and no longer the quality we normally receive. Remember the customer is a person and if you speak to them the way you’d like to be spoken to it will...
Read moretoday my bread was rock hard (like, i can knock on this break and it is loud!!) and had PARCHMENT PAPER BAKED INTO IT... i didn't realize till i got home. i called and the general manager was unwilling to remake the sandwich and give me a refund. the options were all basically equal to what i had already spent, nothing extra to make up for the fact that i had been given a literally inedible sandwich and would have to go back to the store 10 min away to get a new one. if i had still been at the store, sure, that's fine, just remake it. but waste my time going back, feed me paper, and you can't give a refund and also remake it? puhlease. they're also consistently slow and not very friendly at this location. i noticed the quality there went downhill about a year ago. bye sandy jimmy john's, it was nice knowing you. this experience put me over...
Read moreSo very disappointed in my visit today. They do not care at all about customer service. No substitutions, no SALT AND PEPPER, no REGULAR mustard, FIFTY CENT CHARGE for wheat bread (which, by the way is smaller than the white bread), only provolone cheese, the list goes on and on. I asked for mayo on my slim and was told no. Really? Mayo? Probably would cost them a nickel and would go a long way with customer service. Even funnier, they said they can't put it on the sandwhich but they'll give me a mayo PACKET. Does that seem weird to anyone else? The thing is their subs are no cheaper than subway, firehouse, jersey mikes, etc BUT you get way less for your money. The subs DO taste pretty good if you're not specific about what you want on it. Unfortunately I will not support a company that puts such little focus on making the...
