Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Savannah

The employees are always sweet. However, don't ever ask thier manager a question. I get we all have bad days. I let her yelling and disrespecting me slide twice. One of those times she was yelling so bad her spit landed on me. But this is the third time I asked thier manager a ?, in the last 2 years I been going there. I just wanted to know why they advertise things and then sometimes the day of the event it gets changed. Normally, I brush it off and just go ahead in pay the full price but this day I really didn't have it. I hadn't gotten paid yet, from the new job I started. So I was asking her to honor it. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. I just explained how I thought it was unfair and my situation. She started yelling at me how she doesn't care and that's my problem. Her company doesn't have to cater to me and they have a right to change things as they see fit at anytime. She starts laughing at me and tells her employee to deal with me, she's done. This lady clearly is a ticking bomb. She's a prime example that mental...

Ice cream...great. Worker....the worst. They have one young girl in there doing all the orders with a line to the door (and she was new and could tell she was trying to still figure out things) while another worker was in the back sipping on her soda, I waited over 10 mins in the drive thru and honked 5 times cause the bell isn't working while this girl walked by multiple times and never helped us. I went inside since nothing was getting done in the drive thru and waited in line when finally the other girl from the back comes out and doesn't even help the other worker, but looks around and decides now she's gonna take the drive thru orders. The operation is soo a&& backwards that you lost a customer. Wasted 30 min of my time. Complete inefficient worker will ruin...

I'll jump on the bandwagon now, what a nice little place...

...There's really not much more to say than what most people say about this place. It's clean, the serving sizes are more than what you would expect (next time I'm just getting a small!) and the service was super friendly and efficient. As busy as they were I was pleased to see my server asked if I had ever been to a Jeremiah's before, and I had not. So she took the time to walk me through and I was very appreciative for it.

If you've never had Italian Ice, there's is good - not too sweet, not too "snowcone-ish", it's just right and if you get it as a gelato, you will not be...
