Read moreI'm really sad writing this review because I truly love Moe's and today has made me angry and disappointed. I ordered a delivery through Uber Eats.. Simple enough because I've done it a million times. My driver arrives to the restaurant and she proceeds to tell me that another driver has picked up my order and the restaurant refuses to remake my order. She says she went back and forth with them and I tell her that I will call. So I get on the phone (which is the wrong number on Google, the number sends you to Pooler) and ask them what exactly happened. The girl says a driver showed them an order and picked up from the Online Order rack and left. I asked, as a restaurant, is it not your responsibility to verify who can come to the restaurant and pick up paid for food? She gets her general manager, who was absolutely unprofessional and probably the worst human being I've spoken to. They tell me it's "out of their hands" after they make it. They said they cannot remake it, but then says in the next breath that they can remake it? I asked what am I supposed to eat, air? It's not my fault you let a driver pick up the wrong order. How about instead of putting the online order rack by the door, you put it by the cashier because this could've been completely avoided. Needless to say, there's two hungry people in Savannah today. Read moreBy far the WORST MOES visit I've ever had, and I've been a VERY loyal MOES customer for years. The girl who was working grill never asked if I wanted any additional toppings on my quesadilla before throwing it on the grill and cutting it up, instead was busy talking about my shirt. I asked her twice for pico de gallo and she didn't respond or acknowledge my request. Secondly, when my wife asked for a side of pico and queso, the cashier have her attitude saying she didn't ask at the beginning of the line so she had to wait. Never once have we had to ask for queso at the beginning of the line. She told the young man that forget it because we have already been waiting for 15 minutes to order. We understand it was Mother's Day, but there was absolutely no reason for there only being 4 people in front of us to wait that long. Finally, there was no greeting when we walked in the door. MOES is known for "yelling" welcome to MOES, and we didn't receive that greeting that we expected and anticipated. We paid $18 for terrible customer service, not the food I paid for that I could have received better service at CHIPOLTE or even Taco Bell across the street, and a filthy restaurant. We will NEVER go to this location again, if we decide to even visit MOES again. We have never been treated poorly or waited as long...
