This place is horrible. I look at their menu on google and yelp because they have no listed website and their ordering link is broken and it lists their white chicken pizza as $21. I place a phone order and the guy who answered sounded extremely high and tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes. I show up about 20 minutes later and the guy at the counter is indeed very high. He proceeds to ring up the pizza as $35 instead of the $21 listed online. I asked him about this and he said ot was their new menu prices on their website(which doesnt exist) and that the prices on google are incorrect. I asked why their menu with the correct prices isnt available online and he just shrugged. Talking to the guy was like talking to a brick because he was so stoned. After receiving the pizza it didnt feel very hot and i brought it back to my place which is about 10 minutes away and the pizza was lukewarm at best. I take a bite out of a slice to find out that there is barely any sauce, a mediocre amount of chicken, and no ricotta on the pizza. It was basically a cheese crisp with chicken. I then crack into the garlic knots i got which were doughy and had a lackluster flavor due in part to being undercooked. If you order pizza here you will have to add an extra $15 to any pizza you order because the real prices are apparently on some ghost menu that is inaccessible...
Read moreThe pizza here is inconsistent, some days it's great and others not so much. This time was an unusual time being that I paid for 2 slices, and received 3 instead, and I'm aware that this sounds awesome, however upon looking at my slices, 2 of 3 were chared on the bottom as if this place haven't cleaned their oven since the Obama administration. Needless to say at first I felt reluctant to say something being that the guy had given me an extra slice, but heck it was more like his pizza man messed up and was bribing me with an extra burnt slice. So as I finally finished the 1 of 3 pizzas that didn't look like it was blow torched, I realized the counter man whom had assisted me cleaning outside, fixing the floor mats, and even removing the garbage from the patio all while having the 1 plastic serving glove on...SMH. So lets just say the hand without the glove resembled my burnt sad excuse for a pizza and there was simply no way I was going to have him handling my food. I went to the counter to find it vacant, then peaked in the back where I found a lady washing dishes, I asked her for assistance and complained about the 2 burnt to a crisp slices, she quickly apologized and instead of 2 slices I was given once more 3 slices of not so well done slices of pizza...LOL So if you're hung over, or need to put something in your belly then surely you can do worst than...
Read moreWorst pizza place in Scottsdale! I'll start with the pro (1): The pizza was decent in taste after microwaved. Not worth the price. Now the cons: Estimated delivery time was 1 hour after order was placed, it arrived late, slightly warm, and missing the garlic dipping sauce that was ordered. While I understand places can be busy and it was a late-night order, I would expect at least a hot pizza and delivered within the time frame given, even if it takes over an hour. Considering I am paying twice as much than a chain pizza place that closes earlier the convenience would have been nice except the delivery driver called me and asked me to stand outside so he could find me. He then handed me the pizza and said "still hot for ya". No, it wasn't hot. I had to microwave it. I called to ask what can be done and was told they would give me a discount on the next order. I told him there probably won't be another order so what can be done now, a refund? He said he would "make an adjustment". I will now keep some yeast in my cabinet so I can just make my own late-night pizza because this place is a joke. While Scottsdale is not known to have great pizza, there are better places to try for pizza and some amazing restaurants all around... hold off on the 2am...
