I would only maybe attempt to visit this taco counter while bar hopping in the area. My boyfriend and I visited for a Taco Tuesday dinner around 5pm. We made eye contact with 3 employees who did not greet us. The menu board doesn't list prices and mentions ordering online. I asked if they were open, "yes". But no one came to take our order. I then asked the lady if we needed to order online but it was apparent she didn't understand or speak English. I ordered online, was told 25 mins; which seemed weird that they were "open" but had only 1 customer walk up, and get tacos rapidly somehow. After we got our food to go, I realized I never heard or smelt the food being prepared and the grill was visible. Upon tasting the dried out flavorless food, it became apparent we'd been served food from the night before, or cooked offsite and brought to them to serve inebriated patrons at night. Complete waste of $50. We got a 10 pack of mixed meat street tacos and a mangonada(which I did hear her use a blender to make...
Read moreI came here on Wednesday night because they were the only place around here open. I called ahead first and they said they do take out orders. So I drove down there then when I showed up both employees were in the corner watching videos on there phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked them if they were open they said yes and took my order. The guy was very rude. Didn’t offer me any salsa just handed me two Togo boxes without a bag and just walked away. The food was not warm but I ate it anyways. The steak was actually really good. But I just would have liked it to be hot. The reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because this place has the potential to be good if they would just get better employees. I know it’s easier said than done but still. They probably get away with it because most of there customers are drunk people leaving the club cuz it’s right in old town. But I was not impressed and regretted spending 40...
Read moreFlavorful tacos, quiet location, easy service. I went there for the first time one afternoon after reading the menu that's on their website.
The place is easy to find. The place is very unassuming - it's a small shop with a grill on the side, preparing area in the middle, more prep area behind the door and a cash register. The service was quick and again unassuming as the vibe itself. I had chicken tacos with rice and beans on the side. However, this location doesn't carry the full menu that you see on their website. That was quite disappointing for sure. They told me to get the extensive menu items I should visit another location. So I request that whoever is maintaining the website, should perhaps specify where all menu items are provided and where limited menu is served.
Other than that, the tacos themselves were quite good and I would return back for a...
