Went on 12/24/18 got there at 4:40pm after waiting for 20 minutes in a line that only moved once the etire time someone came out to announce that anyone in line who had not called in to place an order ahead of time WOULD NOT BE GETTING SERVED AT ALL!!!!!!! The person said they would be closing IN A HOUR and would not be taking anymore orders that they could only finish the call in orders and that was it. I get that it was Christmas Eve and they were closing early at 6pm but we got there at 4:40pm an hour and twenty minutes before the early closing time. We saw the long line and we were prepared to have to wait quite a while in order to get our food which was fine with us we were just excited to try them out. How nice of them to take and make all the call in orders for people not even willing to wait in there long line and instead tell the people that already waited 20 minutes in there line to go screw off. They could have at least taken the orders of the people that were in line and had already been waiting and just not let any new customers get in line. Had they posted a sign saying they would not be able to accommodate anymore orders for the night when we arrived we would not have wasted our time waiting in line or maybe they should have sent that person out earlier to announce no other orders would be taken!!!! That's OK though we gave our business to a restaurant making fresh street tacos just around the corner and they were...

He grabbed my credit card out of my hand and card reader before.I even had a chance to get in the tip and put my credit card through. Then when I confronted him he was helpful in a rude manner asking me if I possibly left him a tip.I very Insulted on my way this man. Making me feel like I was at fault when he overcharged me 2 sodas. There's plenty of other taco restaurants in the Phoenix area next time.I come back to Phoenix.I will...
