I began my vegan and gluten free journey several months ago due to digestive issues. Prior to committing, I spent a little over a year looking for vegan/GF options to prepare myself for meals, snacks, desserts. The hardest part for me was finding a delicious chocolate dessert. I’m a chocolate lover- and I absolutely LOVE all types of peanuts/walnuts/pecans/hazelnuts.

I first met Sue at the Uptown Farmer’s Market last year in July, and upon trying her Hazelnut Tarts (I purchased a 3-pack), I fell absolutely in love. Addictive, mouth-watering, and to die for, for all lovers of sweets. I finally made my way back to the farmer’s market this past weekend and tried not only the Pecan Tarts, but also her new Fudge pack. Thick, decadent, and the little kick of spice at the end makes you want more with each bite.

The food is the best ever! You won’t believe these are healthier options, healthier ingredients b/c they taste incredible! Every product I’ve ordered is mouth watering. The products are fresh even though mine get flown across country. They remain fresh until I take the last bite! My favorite are all the different bars. The apricot, lemon, raspberry, gold, & one that I can’t spell that’s made of nuts & seeds. They’re all incredible! I just placed a 100.00 of bars last week & I just placed a 140.00 of bars tonight which is about a week later. This is terrible but I hide my goodies from everyone. I eat them all myself. They are just that good!!!...
