This is a very unusual experience coming to this Starbucks. I was the second person in line and it took me 20 minutes to get my drink. There was only one drink that came out before mine. I’m not sure why this is the case. They didn’t have oat milk, one of the two main ingredients in my drink.
The atmosphere feels very stale. The clientele is quite an interesting bunch. There’s a mix of students working on schoolwork and homeless people. In my brief time here I witnessed two people just absolutely coma sleeping. One was a homeless person who came in with three backpacks a bunch of junk. Including outside food such as two pizzas two sodas, and only got a water and took who knows how long of a nap because they were sleeping both when I got there, during my time having my drink, and then we’re still sleeping when I left. Nobody seemed to care though. Maybe they come in because the bathroom codes are written on the doors.
With so many options in the area, I won’t be returning to...
Read moreDon’t go to this Starbucks if you give negative feedback because according to Sam they will be allowed to retaliate against you and call the scottsdale police for trespassing. I think this is disgusting and discriminating behavior because I expressed my negative customer experience you chose to give me attitude and roll your eyes then talk and gossip on shift about how I called customer service to explain my negative experience. To use your position to call the police on a paying patron is distasteful and you should not be employed by such an amazing company if you are going to be rude. All people deserve to enjoy their drinks and work in peace without being talked about or retaliated against for leaving negative feedback because you have poor customer service skills. I do hope corporate sees this and gives you a talking to about how you...
Read moreHad a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru here around 7:30 AM. The woman taking my order was extremely rude, dismissive, and combative. When I politely explained my usual customized drink order (something I get daily), she became argumentative, insisting it was just a “brown sugar shaken espresso,” even though it wasn’t. It felt like she simply didn’t want to enter my custom order.
She was cold, unpleasant, and clearly didn’t care about getting the order right. After all that, the drink was still made incorrectly. Interestingly, she didn’t even show up at the window afterward, likely knowing she had been rude.
She was an older woman, probably in her late 30s, very heavy-set with light brown hair. Very disappointing experience overall - especially at a Starbucks where service is...
