Despite traveling on 3 continents for the last 3 years it's been a long time since I felt bad about a purchase . Layover from Hawaii to Lax in Seattle brought me to Caffe Duarte for first time and guaranteed for last time. Airport prices are expected but 14$ small sandwiches and 5$ stale pastries not really not looking to please your palate only to empty your pockets.. My 8$ latte was bitter and not even full so I went to the counter to get a bit of milk added ... was immediately prompted to pay 1.10$ which felt almost as heavy as a slap not by the fact they charge for their shortcoming but by the way I was told ... customer satisfaction is not on their list of concerns and lack of respect for the customers will ensure I'll avoid them at all costs for the foreseeable future and so should anyone - THEY DON'T DESERVE TO STAY IN BUSINESS Of course no manager available and after reading other reviews looks like would not have made a difference anyway ... You can say whatever you want about Starbucks but after hundreds of coffees there never had an experience like this and a bad tasting coffee , few times they got it wrong were happy to assist and fix it LONG LIVE...

Then they put some milk on top. And then I asked whether they usually put syrup in there. Then they pumped something in there. Finally asked the cashier and they added one more tea bag. All the time, the “barrister” served up an abundance of apathy and attitude.
