Hey 32 million viewers, we wanted avocado toast and kir royale and would have dropped some bills at this place. We tried to dine here this morning 3/29/23 but the service was selectively poor. Standing there waiting to be seated with no acknowledgement of our presence whatsoever. Thanks! When we were finally seated we watched as others who arrived after us orders were taken by waitstaff. Overhearing the other table conversation it was enlightening because only 2 of the 4 party's group was actually there. Mom was on the phone reading the menu to her teenagers while staff waited and we patiently waited until the cord of discontent kicked in and entered my head reminding me: hey famous writers who earn sh1t tons of money, you do not have to pay for this sh1tty service. Love Seattle but we never set foot into this so-called gay friendly establishment again. Shame on you....

Upon walking in we sat right away and it was dead so we thought our food would come quickly. I ordered grilled cheese with tomato soup. My husband ordered a burger. And we also ordered a salad to share. The food took forever then they brought everything out at the same time. The salad was the only good part honestly. My soup was soooo bland and my gluten free sandwich was hard and the cheese was barely melted. My soup wasn’t really that hot either. It was just warm and got cold fast. My husbands burger he said had no flavor and it wasn’t cooked enough even though he requested well well done. He also said that he got like 2 chunks of hard fat in it and he couldn’t even finish it. The fries were also hard and super thin almost like...

Wow! Not a huge menu or dining area, but I just had a marvelous meal. They were out of gluten free bread options, but fortunately had several vegetable dishes that sounded interesting. Each one tasted amazing and exceeded my expectations - especially the portion size of broccolini, which had awesome flavor from the shaved cheese and just the right amount of spicy kick. I sat down 5 minutes before the end of happy hour, but my server was nice enough to ask if I wanted to choose something from that menu before it ended to save a few bucks. Theresa - she provided great hospitality and conversation. I was already satisfied with the quality of the hotel, and this meal just put it over the top to convince me to...

We came here twice for breakfast while staying at the attached Sound Hotel in early August. The coffee was good. We got eggs both days. They were ok. The fruit bowl was a generous portion and tasted fresh. One day it seemed like we waited over a half an hour after ordering to get the food - we may have just missed a morning rush or maybe they were short staffed. We had some daily credit for food and beverage from the hotel so I don’t believe we paid more than $10/person outside of that. The menu is limited but overall this was good for hotel breakfast.

I guess it must be due to currant bistro coming out of the covid pandemic - wasn't exactly thrilled with both their happy hour and regular dinner menus as they are full of vegetarian dishes (needless to say, their menus are quite ideal for vegetarians and vegans, but prosciutto and seafood are the only options for protein food items for meal/seafood diners). Service by the bartender was pretty nice and it was his service was what made my dining experience worthwhile. Just wish my manhattan was a bit better.
