Okay, look. I decided to go to the Seattle NFT Museum specifically to laugh at how ridiculous it is, and I walked out absolutely blown away by how fun and interesting it was. I had the best time and thought the exhibits were incredibly well done. It's a small-ish museum (it took me about an hour to read everything) but the information presented was fantastic (from details about the art/artists to information about cryptocurrencies and the blockchain). I found that the art ranged from pieces I actually really liked to pieces that made me think "why is this here", which is exactly how I feel at most art museums so I felt the collection was well curated. Additionally, Casey at the front was just great. He was so attentive, made such an effort to ask me about why I was there, what level of experience and knowledge I had in NFTs, and shared additional details and information about the exhibits. I came in curious but expecting to hate the museum and I walked out so thankful that I decided to go! 10/10 would recommend.

Don't waste your time here. The art is at best low resolution and at worst objectifying women. The space is run by glorified tech bros without a concept of the damage that cryptocurrency and NFTs have on the community, digital artwork, and the planet. Each NFT emits at least the same amount as 166 miles in a car. Some NFTs emit as much as the average American drives in 2 years. The level of cognitive dissonance the owner of this museum has is daunting, as he truly thinks NFTs are loved by the digital art community and add value outside of their destruction of our planet. Unless you enjoy art only when it is hoarded by private collectors for resale value, I would not recommend this museum. Spend your money elsewhere. See the photo of an NFT art piece asking us to please stop emitting carbon, while simultaneously representing the wasted electricity used in it's construction. No form of digital art wastes as much electricity as NFTs while providing no actual good.

Wow! Wow! Wow!! Seattle is on the map, again! And for all the RIGHT REASONS! Had such an epic experience visiting @seanftmuseum - Art came to life!! The finely curated NFTs (beautifully displayed I must say) - local, regional and global along with deeply informative exhibits helped educate me beyond belief. Not to mention the INCREDIBLY amazing, approachable and knowledgeable Team were on hand to engage in awesome conversations. Definitely a place to learn, share and build community around this new / uncharted digital world! A MUST SEE! Add it to all itineraries when coming to the emerald city! The great thing… they are only just beginning! Five Stars across the board!!

Visited the Museum for the opening and was really impressed with the staff and art! Come with an open mind and you wont be disappointed.

NFTs are new medium of expression artists can use to create and market their work directly to the public, making it now viable for many artists to make a living directly off of selling their work. It's transforming the art world by building a new economic ecosystem around producing and marketing art and allowing for provable, trustless provenance on the blockchain. (e.g. Ethereum, Tezos, Solana)

NFTs have also sparked a renewed movement in generative art (especially long form) - specific examples include Tyler Hobbs' "Fidenza" algorithm as well as Erick Calderon's "Squiggles" series. You'll see examples of these during their current exhibit.

While there's more work to be done on bringing some of these blockchains into a more energy sustainable compliance, there's some of the best minds in the world currently working on figuring out the right solutions. As with any new medium, there's constant work being done to further the space and improve the technology.

The NFT Museum is definitely cutting a new edge in the Seattle art scene. Big props to the...

This is not a negative review about their luggage storage, but about the museum itself.

My friend and I saw the the museum on our walk down the street and decided to go in. I was stoked to go in because I personally am very interested in NFTs but have very surface level knowledge on the subject. Upon entering we saw the only employee face timing a buddy of his. We thought him not hanging up when we walked in was a little goofy, but we just walked around looking at the different pieces.

We were surprised when 10 minutes have gone by and buddy is still on face time bringing up Shane Gillis? or something like that. I was hoping he would eventually end the conversation after seeing two guys aimlessly walk around, but he did not. We exited the store after 15 minutes and was still on the phone as we were walking out.

I was pretty upset about learning nothing from the visit, every time I have an interaction with "NFT bros" it just makes me never want to get into them.

Buddy was wearing...
