Not sure what it is about me, maybe it's how I dress?? I don't dress fancy but work within the block. Once in a while I forget my breakfast and stop here to grab a pastry only and the staff are always RUDE to me and ONLY ME. Maybe they rely on tips from the drinks and see me as no tip so say screw her?? I really try to avoid here because of the rude staff and it's not even the same people each time! So confused. Had to go here because other quick options aren't open on Mondays, I just need to remember to go a different direction when I forget my breakfast especially on Mondays when there's way less options. They don't say good morning, they don't try to start conversation, they don't say thank you, have a nice day or anything after the transaction is over. I said thank you and they walked away. Both the nicest baristas and highest quality. The espresso is always dialed in and milk steamed the right.
The coffee here is relatively cheap too— a bag of beans here is $12 where it would be $16 most places, and a latte would be $1-2 more down the street.
I’ve been buying a bag of espresso beans here every week for a few months.
Hopefully by writing this review they’ll get even more business to extend their hours :) my only gripe is they close at 2pm and are only open...
