Bell Street Park — Attraction in Seattle

The concept behind this park is interesting but the execution is less than stellar. The park comprises a tract of public space along Bell Street with tables and chairs for people to sit. Eh…. concrete, maybe they meant concrete park..?.. it’s dirty, shady and lots of people hanging out,… no dogs. Has none of the mentionable like bathrooms no parking hardly, playground NO, picnic...
