Exquisite experience. My taste buds were delighted upon first bite of The Rebel. The crispy bolo roll with layers of pastrami and pickled jalapeños provided a perfectly balanced sandwich. Added a little extra jalapeño lime aioli for the saucy complexion that I prefer. Perfectly satisfied yet pining for more.

My wife had the Dixon Club with the soup of the day: Tuscan bread soup which was a complex tomato base with fresh vegetables that had a hint of spice at the end. It was the perfect compliment to a simple sandwich. Although simple, it was not lacking in flavor…turkey was moist and generously sliced and the bacon cooked to perfection added the necessary crunch. The soft sourdough balanced it out. We will definitely be back to this gem of a West Coast...

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My fiance and I are from CO, and ventured into Seattle to avoid the rain we'd been enduring in the Olympic Nat Park area. After checking out the aquarium, we headed up here for some lunch, as my fiance eats primarily plant-based, and they had a ton of delicious options that fit the bill. Not only was the food absolutely INCREDIBLE (I had the special, she had the Trane), but the staff were as well. They were so friendly, talked to us about our trip, and even named a Soup of the Day after us when they heard we had to postpone our wedding (they named it the Colorado Wedding)! What a truly delightful group of people, and some of the best food I've had in a long...

For $19 after tax and tip, I’m underwhelmed by the size and flavor of this sandwich. I got the applewood pulled pork special and I can’t say the pork tastes wood-smoked as advertised.

I used to be a pre-pandemic regular when Delicatus had their Pioneer Square location. I was delighted to see that they reopened with this location conveniently across the street from my new office.

However, it’s difficult to choose this a as a viable lunch/sandwich option when $19 only gets me a sandwich smaller than the size of my hand. By comparison, I can get a high quality, 3-fish serving poke bowl with all the toppingzzz (which is like 1.5-2 meals-worth of quality food) for less than than $19 a few...
