Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seattle

This location is the worst! I ordered pizza and called to add Buffalo Wild Wings and was told the wait would be 2 hours. I couldn’t wait so I cancelled the order and of course wanted my refund, coupon, or something so I could order for next time. I called the store back before my order was even being made it was just placed! I also called back the next day and was told that my refund was sent and to call back in a few days if not received. I called again and finally found out that my refund wasn’t even sent! The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me twice and told me that I should have called back the next day which I did!!!! I’ve sent 3 customer service emails today, also called the corporate number, customer service number and will be posting this store on all my social media accounts to warn everyone to stay far away from this place! It’s not about the money it’s about loyal customers, and respect for the community! I work in customer service at one of the biggest tourist attractions in the city! I completely understand everything about customer service and working in the industry! I don’t feel that I should have been treated that way when all I wanted was my order that I never received. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwhich, no bacon and an 8 piece boneless chicken. When my food was delivered, I took one bite and spit it out. Flat, old, and flavorless. I was in shock at what I saw. The bacon was removed, as well as most of the chicken. The smaller piece of the sandwhich had only 3 pieces of chicken, leaving most of the sandwhich looking like old dry frenchbread. There was hardly any cheese or sauce on it.

I called the store and spoke with the manager Derrik Hendrick. He stated "I am the one that made that sandwhich. I guarantee it will look the same if I remade it." So I described the sandwhich condition to him and he said "Thats how the chicken bacon sandwhich is made but I guarantee there was more chicken than that on it."

So I said "Wait, hold up, so you are telling me there was more chicken on it when it left your store and only this much upon arrival, so...my sandwhich was tampered with? Should I report this to the Washington State Dept. of Health?" His reply was "Go ahead if you want."

Appallingly bad experience on 11/24. The service has been slipping lately but this was the straw that broke the camels back. Been ordering from here for years and usually tip the boys cash when they deliver (sometimes $10 or occasionally $20 when I'm feeling generous). This time was obviously a fat zero.

Pizza was an hour and 45 min late, the delivery person fraudulently marked it as delivered and never showed up (then laughed about it when he did finally show up). I had to call back into the store several times for status updates. Girl at front desk lied to me, told me several times "he is just now leaving and he is on the way". Went through this 3 times. Pizza shows up almost two hours late, cold and soggy.

Was offered a free 2 liter soda in exchange for my money, several hours wasted, frustration, and a cold dinner.

I'm not even going to try and fight this one, or "get more" out of dominos or anything like that. I'm just done. I've probably spent several thousand dollars here over the years. Pizza profile has officially been...
