Other reviewers have complained about poor service here, which I didn't experience as I never interacted with anyone. I like the ease of placing my order online, which I did before walking over. As long as you read the directions posted on the door, explaining they require masks and will put your order once complete on the table just inside, you should have no problems. I stood outside and watched through the window, then stepped inside just to grab my food and go. I can totally understand why they may not react well to people who can't read directions! As far as the food, it was just ok. I ordered the Moroccan sandwich plus falafel, and it was smaller than the menu made it appear to be. I didn't want a huge lunch so it ended up not a big deal. Tahini sauce was good, and it was a decent mix of ingredients, more on the healthy side. There were whole crunchy chickpeas in the falafel which were a bit too firm for my liking.

The food here is insane. I always get the Sabich which has fried eggplant inside. The pita is extremely soft and the flavors melt inside your mouth. I only reduced a star because of the extremely long wait times. I typically call in and place my order during lunch and walk down to pick up my order. the wait times are usually 20 mins, however they almost always screw up the order and it is never ready when I get to the place. End up waiting almost 30 mins for my order. This has happened a bunch of times. However they do offer 5$ credit for their mistake. There are also complementary veggies with Tahini to munch on while u wait, so that helps!

Very disappointed in my recent experience here. Took out the pitas and there was mold on each piece. It appeared there was mold on at least one of the pitas that were part of the sandwiches. Was too weirded out to give the soup an unbiased try so the fact that it tasted very acidic may just be how the soup was intended to be. Tried to at least leave a message about my dissatisfaction and they do not have a voicemail. Also found it weird that there was no one to speak to when I went to pick up my order.

If you don’t have time to the read the whole thing, this place basically has the: Worst Customer Service + Most Expensive Meddle Eastern Food.

Service was downright confrontational. It was one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory. If you don’t allow people to place an order at the counter, just put a sign on the door stating as much.. The first time i came she was really mad at me because I didn’t know it was an online only restaurants ..

The next few times i came and faced rude disgusting tones in all of them because “ the staff really hate to deal with someone with an accent or non *”

The last time i came today, placed my order online, came on time and my dog was with me in the front door and the mad crazy customer service lady screamed and snapped on me.. I took my dog our side and she was still trying so hard to make me feel awkward, perhaps because that makes her feel better.

Over all experience is ( 0 / 10 ) U Wanna Cool middle eastern food ? find somewhere else in seattle and especially capitol Hill, Not here at all..

I would recommend this restaurant for my...

The food is alright but the lady who works there needs to understand she is working in a customer facing job, you do not snap or confront your customers. I am not sure if she is being overworked and stressed or if she is just not a good fit for customer service. Went to pick up food, she was on the phone, I patiently waited while she scrambled. She told me my food will take 5 minutes in an annoyed tone. I said that is OK and waited outside for 15 minutes. Finally she signals that I can come in to pick up my food, I come in and still do my best to be nice to her and then she signaled with her hands to get off the establishment in the most condescending and nasty wa, I was appalled but decided not to confront her. To the owner: I've red several reviews mentioning this lady. No food is worth being...
