Local Pho does exactly what its name suggests: delivers the neighborhood staples with zero overcomplication. The menu splits neatly between pho, rice plates, and bubble tea — simple, dependable, and made for repeat visits.
The pho lineup keeps it flexible: steak, brisket, meatballs, chicken, shrimp, or tofu/veggie (all around $13–14). Each bowl lands with the expected plate of basil, sprouts, lime, and jalapeños. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel — just keep it rolling.
On the rice side, the Charbroiled Chicken ($13.50) and Lemongrass Pork ($13.50) stand out, both carrying the backyard-grill vibe that defines a solid cơm tấm plate. If you’re hungrier, the Beef Short Ribs ($17) deliver a heartier bite.
Bubble tea and smoothies (mango, honeydew, coconut) plus Vietnamese iced coffee ($5) round things out. Kids get a smaller pho option, making it family-friendly, while a few wines and beers make it adult-friendly, too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Come here if you want a reliable neighborhood spot where pho and rice plates are fast, filling, and priced right. Not fancy — just solid,...

The pho broth is very light in spices, however I think they’re going for a traditional northern style. The meat is plenty enough, cooked in some broth because it had more star anise flavor. The noodles are from dry, not soft but this one breaks apart too easily.
The spring rolls are massive however it contains shrimps only. It would have better if they had some slice pork with it because there wasn’t enough shrimp. The roll doesn’t have any herbs like mint. The peanut sauce is okay, but they provide enough so be sure to ask for more.
The atmosphere is quaint. The place is clean but disorganized with stuff everywhere. I was there at 7pm on a Wednesday, they had one cook and one waiter and it was a busy night. Amazingly the waiter managed to keep everyone satisfied. He prioritized guests that are sitting and leaving newly arrived guests waiting.
The value for the money and service are what keeps everyone...

I recently ordered takeout consisting of a Pork Salad and two orders of fresh rolls. Unfortunately, the meal did not meet my expectations. The pork was excessively fatty and had an overpowering taste that detracted from the overall dish. The mangos were underripe and hard, rendering them inedible.
The fresh rolls were disappointing, each containing just 1 shrimp, vermicelli noodles, and Romaine lettuce, with barely a hint of mint. The peanut sauce, a crucial component, ran out before I could finish the rolls, leaving the remaining bites dry and unappetizing.
For a city like Seattle, this meal was subpar, and I would suggest seeking other options. Even in Bend, Oregon, I can find much better Vietnamese food. This meal left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed, as I always look forward to enjoying Vietnamese cuisine. Sadly, this may have been the worst I have ever...
