12/21/24: 9-10AM: Lovely place, Open spaces, Beautiful views. Stood aside to overview menu. After selections made & verbalized the order at the register. It was then repeated twice (cashiers lack of point of sale efficiency & ability to listen at the same time) & asked if it was correct on the screen, which it was. I did provide aan appropriate gratuity anyway... After what seemed like a short time drink order was called & that interaction was good and double thank you's & your welcomes all around... He was great. Then the sandwich order came out... I was met by a Sloppy, greasy, gentleman in a shirt which read (in obnoxious bold print "I HATE PEOPLE" #Really) word ls definitely not appropriate for anyone in a server or service based environment. I uttered the words thank you so much, and the response was "yeah". Upon noticing other interactions semi tossing other food boxes down with more "yeahs". Now I was getting bothered by it. Finally as two drinks came out and the same yeah whilst staring into space not paying attention some of the drinks spilled on to his customers hands and onto the floor as well. I could NOT believe my eyes when he left and the customer cleaned it up themselves. No "I'm sorry here let me get that" nothing whatsoever. Ok... NOW IM PISSED she THE CUSTOMER cleaned it up off the floor on her own off herself, off the floor, off her coat... Now I'm Done-! Done-! Food I had AMAZING-!!! Latte was ABSOLUTELY STELLER-!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Id give 10 if I could-! The the behavior of the staff being so damn dead inside, lacking common curiosity is one I have a hard time digesting, no pun intended. Over & out... Visit #2 8/3/25 1030/11am Much much much better. Cashier/Order taking was attentive, & competent. He pointed out where other supplies were. Highlighted and gave the receipt and repeated the order number twice. Food came out in a great speed, was hot and fresh-! Absolutely 💯 Stellar... Moving location from a 3 🌟 to a 4.

I stopped by Honest Biscuits yesterday after hearing they had a gluten free biscuit option via the app Find Me Gluten Free. I reviewed there, but needed to do so here as well to help other celiac patients find this wonderful spot. Honest Biscuits’ gluten free option is bar none the most impressive gluten free baked item I’ve experienced. These biscuits are buttery, flavorful, and have an incredible texture on par with any gluten biscuit I’ve had. You can get just about any sandwich on the menu with a gluten free biscuit option, and they asked me if I had celiac to ensure extra safety precautions with my order. I loved the food so much I picked up some of their gluten free biscuit mix to try at home, and I can say it is also incredibly delicious and easy to work with. Honest Biscuits will be my first stop from now on when I’m at the market. Amazing food, safe for celiacs, and friendly people.

While here is seattle feom AZ for a cheer competition. We decided to go to Pikes Place ( it was very cold ). And we are happy we did, My daughter and I love Biscuits actually My daughter loves them more and ranks restaurants based on the Biscuits they serve, with that said we loved this place, I had the chicken Biscuit woth the Pikes biscuit and My Daughter had the bacon egg on the Buter hole biscuit, and they did not disappoint crispy outside and soft inside. And the owner was very friendly and helpful with ordering, you can tell he loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the Biscuits! So give this place a try, I know when we come back this will be our go to place, and it was worth the cost of the Uber ride to get the Biscuits!

Under the Market on Western Ave.. Smallish, almost Boutique spot with views of Puget Sound, the Wheel, Mt. Rainier and the Olympics if the weather allows. Heavy Biscuit centric cuisine (duh). They put the term "Cat's Head" in the rear view. These are big. Seems like all AP Flour**, though we only had the MacGregor and a plain biscuit w/ egg. EDIT: saw other bags of biscuit flour, and sure enough, they had a different (better) texture. Part of the 'edit and adjust' phase of the busibess, no doubt. Gluten free and vegan options are here, as are inckusions like bacon or Beecher's white cheddar, and they look as good as the rest of their stable of offerings. My guess is, it can get crowded. Parking on Western is a crap shoot even after hours. So, expect to not find Curb side parking. Quite reasonable prices. For us, a 6 minute turn around, plus espresso. Christopher the owner is still riding herd on his

I ordered a couple of biscuit sandwiches from here and the biscuits taste great. One sandwich I ordered was the crab melt but I requested no cheese on the melt, mainly due to beechers being too sharp for my taste buds and I know a melt is meant to have cheese but that sandwich came with the cheese anyway. Not really disappointed at that since it was a mod request but really it was at the amount of crab for the price of the sandwich. In my opinion I don't think its worth $16. I could barely taste the crab mainly just the cheese and I couldn't see it there either.

The area that led me to this review rating was my pickup experience. I ordered online. When you arrive, there isnt a clear distinction of a pickup area. You either wait in line or try to grab an employee. I stood in line but the line had 4 people in front of me so then I decided to look around for a pick up area. Went to one end didn't see one then went back in line made eye contact with an employee and told him I had two pick up orders and mentioned the names on the orders. I could see the bags waiting behind the counter and the names weren't visible but then I was asked to show proof of the orders. I'm thinking I gave you the exact names but I proceed to show proof. Maybe there is a history of orders being taken but to ask for proof seemed odd amd especially when I showed poof my order and it was an email showing the pickup time I was then requested to show the email with the order details. It was an experice that rubbed me the wrong way especially since theye were literally the only two orders there.

Overall good biscuits if you're at the market. If you order online have your ChowNow order details queued and try to go to the area to the left of the register/order here area. I saw a Go Kraken sign there but I took a look at older pics from 3 yrs ago and it...
