They have a great $9 special of breakfast all day. BUT... bc its all day sometimes they toss in old eggs, bacon can be cold. SEND IT BACK! I like the garden omelet. Kinda funny in Bellevue they serve bacon with the omelet and in Seattle NO you must pay for each slice. Same company but managed different. For instance in Seattle they have no problem with my service animal sitting (who has cards of proof) in my powerchair but BELLEVUE, one would of thought, well never mind what I thought but it took 1 hour before I was able to eat just breakfast. First no dog, then dog ok since he's a service dog then dog could not sit in my powerchair bc he was level with the table WOW!!! WHO THINKS OF THESE RULES?? Took three tries b4 they got breakfast going, first eggs were Sunnyside up, sent back bc I ordered the omelet, omelet arrived with nothing in it just eggs folded to look like an omelet. Waiter tells me to start eating on what I had in front of me... now an hour has passed and my transporter has arrived.. Stand your ground girl 👧! Lucky for me I'm retired and have time and patience. I'm a veteran from 🇻🇳 era (Vietnam) and I have more problems in a powerchair with service animal then I ever had during Vietnam. Where is this ADA...

I stopped by the Market Place Café inside Nordstrom while my wife was shopping downstairs. The woman who took my order, Rabecca, was very sweet and provided excellent customer service — she was the highlight of my visit.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. I ordered a burger and a water to go. When my food was ready, the burger was thrown onto the counter without a bag, which is disappointing for a to-go order, especially in a Nordstrom setting that’s known for hospitality.
When I asked about my water, another employee told me that I hadn’t been charged for it and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone. I had already checked out, and rather than apologizing or resolving the mix-up, I was met with attitude and no solution. At that point, I declined to do a second transaction — no customer should have to pay twice or deal with unnecessary hassle because of a staff oversight.
For a Nordstrom café, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. A simple bag for a to-go order and respectful service would have made all...
Read moreI had a deeply disappointing experience at the Nordstrom Cafe recently. After shopping at Nordstrom for two hours, I arrived at the cafe at 6:20 PM, hoping to dine in. The server at the cash counter, Velona, informed me that only take-out was available, which I reluctantly accepted. However, just five minutes later, I witnessed two separate groups—a pair of girls and a family—ask for dine-in service. Both groups were promptly seated by Velona, even though I was told it wasn’t an option.
When I approached Velona to address the discrepancy, she walked away. Thankfully, another server kindly offered me the option to dine in, but the damage was done. The fact that Velona refused to acknowledge her mistake only added to my frustration.
What should I call this? Racism? Nationalism? As a loyal Nordstrom customer for the past 4-5 years, this experience has left me furious and questioning my continued support for the brand. Nordstrom, you...
