Is the staff working here being respected enough? I must upload what I heard while waiting for Jianbing: a middle-aged woman, maybe a boss or owner? She spoke loudly to a newly hired elderly lady and pointed to her,” All these places and the front door area need to be polished! Don’t talk to your friend or be on your phone while working!” What the heck!!? Is this still one century ago, the slave society? I only can see it on TV, and it suddenly happens in real life. They are humans, not your slaves! The way you talked them is unacceptable! Especially Your daughter is watching you as a mum speaking to the elder, shut your mouth off!

Ever-time I comes, I see different people working here, the frequency of changing employees is unusual, i will be surprised if you don’t give a response, but with that kind of humor sense, it’s beyond normal and weird enough for any people to understand! You never should talk with that way to anybody if you cares about reputations. Good luck...

I truly hate to give a bad review but I didn't enjoy this meal.

I ordered Tempura Shrimp Jianbing. It was hot and decently flavorful, but a few bites in a crunched on shrimp shell. Perhaps this is how the dish is meant to be served, but it was unexpected and unwelcome. Usually when I get tempura shrimp the tails may still be left on, but they are easy to avoid eating. Wraped up in this jianbing I couldnt do that. I spent the later half of my meal making sure I didnt bite any more. The pictures show my food before I ate it and a few bites in, highlighting the shell/tail.

It’s really hard to find authentic and delicious Jianbing like this anywhere else in Seattle. This has become one of our favorite spots to gather with friends and enjoy some classic Chinese street food. Highly recommend trying the roasted duck — the meat is juicy, the sauce is savory, and the crepe is perfectly crispy.
