Xing Fu Tang is more than just a bubble tea shop, it’s a celebration of flavor, art, and creativity. The shop’s beautiful design, featuring unique artwork by a talented young female artist, makes it a visually stunning place to not only enjoy your drink but also to snap the perfect picture or selfie.
While the Brown Sugar Boba Milk is a must try, the real showstopper is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Crème Brûlée. The torched caramelized top cracks perfectly, melding into the smooth, creamy drink below. Each sip is a rich blend of smoky sweetness and velvety texture. Xing Fu Tang also offers handmade boba made from scratch, which adds a special touch to their drinks. It gives a unique and fresh texture compared to other boba you might find at other places. The texture is very nice chewy and firm.
For a refreshing option, their fruit teas are naturally sweet, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors, and full of delightful fragrance. For an added touch of luxury, they offer gold leaf add ons, making their drink feel extra special, fancy, and luxurious.
But it’s not just about the drinks. Their waffle with sea salt crème foam is an absolute game changer. The waffle is crispy on the outside and soft inside, topped with a rich, slightly savory sea salt crème foam that melts into every bite. The combination of sweet and salty creates a perfect balance that’s both indulgent and satisfying.
Xing Fu Tang also adds a touch of fun to the experience. When you visit, you can randomly draw a number and receive a positive fortune or prediction about your future, adding a little extra magic to your day.
Though Xing Fu Tang can be a bit on the pricier side, the quality, creativity, and atmosphere make it worth every penny. Whether you're craving a classic brown sugar boba, a unique crème brûlée milk tea, or a standout dessert, this place has something to delight every palate.
A beautifully crafted space, unforgettable drinks, a dash of fun fortune-telling, and the best waffle you’ll ever taste!
I will definitely come...
Read moreI loved it so much that I went back a day later and I was pretty disappointed.
The boba this time around was tasteless, not sweet at all, and didn’t seem cooked enough.
It seems that the other day, I went closer to closing time so the boba that was caramelized and sugary has been sitting in the bottom of the pot for a long time.
Whereas today, it was just poured on so it wasn’t cooked enough / sat long enough in the syrup.
I don’t like the inconsistency of the boba so I had to knock down a star.
Without the signature sugary caramelized taste, the boba tastes like any other stores’, if not worse.
The service was good though. ——
One of the best boba I have ever had! The boba itself is so different from other boba stores. It's caramelized and extremely chewy - like munching on marshmallows. It's SUPER sweet and I'm not a big fan of the cheese foam at the top, but I would come back just for the boba.
They have about 4 tables for you to hang out with friends. There is also a fortune table where you can pick up the prayer sticks and pick out your fortunes.
For those with parking issues - you can park in Belltown, then walk over. It's about a 5 - 10 min walk, but it's really nice and allows you to explore more of...
Read moreI stopped in on Friday on my way home from work. The service is fast, and the guy who took my order was very helpful in my decision process. I landed on the brown sugar boba with dalgona coffee and it was the perfect sweetness. I normally order boba drinks with 25-30% sweetness, this drink tasted a bit higher than that on the sweet scale but not overly sweet at all. I was able to substitute soy milk (they also have oat and non-dairy) but they charge 80 cents for that. The first time my order came out wrong but the girl making my drink apologized and fixed it right away. The drink was the perfect temperature and hardly any ice is included so I didn't have to rush to drink it before it could get watered down like other places' drinks. The boba was perfectly soft and sweet. Drinks are a little on the expensive side (I believe mine was nearly $9 including 20% tip) so I wish they had a loyalty program for discounts but I will keep coming back based on this initial visit. My other critique is that they do not post their menu with pricing online. Very convenient location with under 5m walk from Westlake station and other major downtown bus stops. I would not recommend driving here when you can take...
