Be aware that they charge more than the prices they have posted. I ordered a vanilla latte that is posted at $4.75. I asked for a receipt (which they don’t offer unless you request) and it shows $5.60. I asked about the difference in price and Emily said “we must have increased our prices”. I pointed to the sign and she just shrugged her shoulders. The prices are on a sign that says Starbucks. They serve in Starbucks cups. It makes no sense and they were not going to correct it. I asked the dude at the counter if he was from Australia and he tells me "Adam is fine", and I thought I miss heard him and asked him that I thought he had an Australian accent, and he said "Adam is fine" then I realized he was referring to some other self identity. While in Sedona, i saw Java Cafe served Starbucks. My friend and I were greeted by a young person with zero smile. Maybe she was not having a happy day. We got 2 black coffees. They were both the bottom of the tank, coffee grounds and all. They also tasted sour, like it was old. If you want a good Starbucks don't go here.
