The vanilla cappuccino was very good but the customer service was terrible, rude, and very unwelcoming. Janae M had the personality of dry paint. She welcomed no one, never smiled, walked past me MANY times without even acknowledging my presence as I stood there. This went on for several minutes. When she did finally step up to the register she just stood there with still no expression whatsoever on her face. She made my cappuccino and sat it down and said cappuccino at barely and I mean barely a whisper. No thank you, nothing. I asked for a customer service card or phone number of which she could/would not provide. I told her that her customer service was not good and of course she simply turned and walked away. ...

Tried to order a matcha latte. Barista didn’t look me in the eyes while she told me they were out of matcha. Um…ok? Paid a lot for a drink plus a prepackaged breakfast bar. Both girls rolled their eyes at me when I asked if it was my drink ready at the counter. Heard nothing announced. My guy stood at the counter, attempting to order- no greeting, nothing, while one barista texted on her phone behind the pastries. Never encountered such sour attitudes. Really unnecessary! We left and went to Cuptown down...

The breakfast sandwich was fine but… we all (there were 4 of us) ordered the same coffee and every single one tasted completely different.
