Great sandwiches and bowls, just don't go during the week...even after lunch rush hour. I love their bowls however I tried twice to order ahead - the first time after standing waiting well past when the order was supposed to be ready I asked one employee if she knew the status - good thing I asked because she came to the conclusion "it never printed". With ZERO apologies, she SLOWLY began someone else's order..and THEN gradually started mine, which she was making incorrectly. Since I do love the bowls, I tried again to order ahead later in the week. Got there during the allotted time and once again...not even started. Ok, I am totally patient with the way of the world as it is with being short staffed. But this was beyond aggravating. That brings me to today, another day in a different week. This time I figured, stop with the ordering ahead, just go there and order onsite. I got there around 1:20pm, opened the door and immediately turned back around. the amount of people in line waiting was unbelievable. I didn't see who else was working but I did see the same unapologetically slow employee from the first incident. I definitely recommend Jersey Mike's just maybe find a different location or at the very least, stay away...
Read moreI don't even know where to start. If this restaurant closes, I will not be the least bit surprised. It used to be so great, but the place has gone down hill quick. The last few times we went the order has been wrong and sandwiches sloppily made with half the ingredients as before. Today is probably the last time we will order from here. 1. Order was not ready when pickup time came. 2. Order took an additional half hour (for 3 sandwiches) beyond the pickup time. Several staff members, but only one sandwich made at a time. 3. Food and equipment all over the floor 4. Employee repeatedly remarked about how many minutes she had left of her shift. 4. Steak sandwich is steakums from the freezer and was put together in a horrendous fashion 5. Employee provided a handful of bacon we had to add to our sandwich ourselves. 6. They didn't know what sandwiches belonged to what order, so they proceeded to open every prepared sandwich. They handled a busy lunchtime rush with ease, maintaining a positive attitude the entire time.
Their attention to detail, speed, and professionalism were truly impressive. It’s rare to encounter employees who seem to genuinely care about the quality of service they provide, and these two certainly stood out.
