Have been shopping there for years because my husband loves RL stuff, good quality and store has decent selection for tall people. However last year around Christmas time I bought him some stuff including his regular layering t-shirts that Iāve been buying for years. So did not think much washed everything and t-shirts looked shorter by almost 3 inches. Checked the label - says - tall, checked with his old shirt yep, three inches shorter... so he canāt wear them now because they will untuck. Went to the store ( mind that outlets are about 50 min away from where we live) addressed the issue with sales person they did not know what to do since items were already washed so they called their extra rude manager who pretty much said itās my fault and they canāt do anything about tag less item. Which I explained to them I did not expect those shirts to be short because Iāve bougt them many times before. He told me about how they changed their style ! UM š MAKING STUFF FOR TALL PEOPLE SHORT?!!! Are you kidding me? And that my husband need try everything on before we wash. ( gee thanks for the tip š) So he did me HUUUUGE favor and took those two-shirts back for a refund. But still he did not apologize once for the inconvenience ,gave me that huge attitude that I was absolutely wrong.
So I havenāt been to that store for almost a year now and honestly I donāt think Iāll be back. When I called their customer service and explained the situation no one really cared either. No one said sorry for inconvenience, nothing... just thank you for your feedback. RALPH LAUREN YOU SUCK WITH YOUR...

I grabbed a shirt yesterday, wore it today and the horse had threads coming off it so I went this afternoon to do an exchange. I dealt with an older woman of Asian decent, and a manager who she nearly refused to give me the name of. After she finally told me the managers name was "Shayla". I'm not convinced that her name is actually Shayla, as like I said the other woman was adamant about keeping her name from me. So l showed the pair my shirt with the horse coming unraveled they acknowledged that the horse was messing up and told me I could find a new one, so I did. This horse was a lot better, upon close inspection you could see that a thread was starting to have an issue but it was a lot better than the other shirt. The manager herself, the fearless leader that she is took the new shirt and began messing with the threads on the horse pulling them off, ignoring my requests for her to stop making it worse. But the end up her vandalism on the poor horse, this shirt was smoked. The Asian woman told me something about how I could rethread the shirt and fix it, but I was beyond it at that point. I shouldn't spend almost $100 on a shirt to have to fix it. And I sure as heck shouldn't have to deal with a woman working sales who doesn't have the common decency to listen to a customers request. After shopping around for about 15 minutes, a heavy-set, graying white man approaches me, no smile, no nothing to show he even wanted to talk to me (as if someone forced him to speak). I immediately told him what i was looking for and that it was not on the racks after several failed attempts of looking for it, I went on to ask if he could just simply order my size, since i've known Ralph Lauren to not carry that size in that particular style. He proceeded to disregard what I said and stated he would go and look on the racks himself (as if i hadn't looked several times already). Instead of him returning to me and telling me that he didnt see the merchandise (which i already told him was not there) he simply went on to another white couple and assisted them if i wasnt waiting for response. Sooooo, I went back up to him and asked, well what happened to the pants and he said" I didnt see them" and i said well are you going to order them? He stated" well I'm helping someone else right now? As if i wasnt there waiting for another 10 minutes for him to finish what we had already started. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE!
