This place was amazing!!
Adri was our server and I can't thank you enough for her !! From start to finish everything was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
Also the manager quickly said hello and my husband who is a chef and published in a magazine in Charleston South Carolina stopped him to tell us how impressed he was. So hard to please him. He is so good at cooking that when I take him anywhere it's a tough go. I was a front of the house manager for years for Outback and an assistant General manager as well of Panera Bread. We know what great service and food is!!
All the food came out hot and well seasoned. The appetizers had perfect timing. The entre's were cooked perfectly and well seasoning. One way you know for sure if a restaurant is good. In 90 degree weather you have an iced cold Ceasar salad and a French onion dripping with cheese with a base that had the perfect ratio from beef base to onion. My filet and lobster was cooked perfectly. The lobster wasn't rubbery and filet was a perfect MR!!
He was so happy. I was as well! Then to find out our server had just lost her brother and still delivered that service. Wow!! She needs to be made a manager if she wishes. She should also be at home Greeving and paid.
Vreeland the manager was so nice and invited us back !!! We will be back for sure!! Thanks to the cooks who were just amazing in every way!!
THANK FOR STARTING MY BIRTHDAY...
Read moreWent to LongHorn Steakhouse last Saturday. Large dining area and lounge accommodates plenty of patrons so wait is not a problem. Servers are well trained and make you feel special. We had Zaden, a Tennessee Beauty School graduate who made sure everything was wonderful. The Manager, Amanda, stopped by to guarantee we were enjoying our dining experience. All the staff were just so friendly and polite. Best of all the food is delicious. We started with a very tasty Wild West Shrimp®. They have other great entrées, like Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip, White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms, Spicy Chicken Bites, Seasoned Steakhouse Wings, and Texas Tonions®. Now let's talk succulent steaks. I enjoyed the Outlaw Ribeye® and the Mrs. had Flo's Filet® Mignon. There is also a boneless Ribeye, New York Strip, Fire-Grilled T-Bone, and the LongHorn® Porterhouse. If your a chicken person, there's hand-breaded Tenders and Parmesan Crusted. Try their Salmon, Redrock Grilled Shrimp, Cowboy Pork Chops, even a hamburger. They offer some yummy Entrée Salads, a variety of sides from Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob to Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and some great soups - all at very reasonable prices. Some tummy-filling, super rich desserts will have your stomach filled for the ride home. There is even a cozy lounge area to enjoy TV and alcoholic drinks. A much better place than I imagined. See you...
Read moreAs a longtime Longhorn Steakhouse customer in North Carolina, (Garner specifically), I wanted my favorite steakhouse chain for dinner. I don't know what this was, but it wasn't the Longhorn I am used to. We walked in and there was Noone at the hostess stand. We waited about 5 minutes, were passed by several employees, none of whom could make an effort to even speak to us. Finally the hostess comes out and you could immediately tell she didnt want to be there. We get seated in a corner booth and could see the restaurant was just about empty. Not a good sign. More wait staff than people to feed. A waitress comes out after we've been seated about 15-20 minutes and tells us she's not our server but would be glad to get us some drinks and an appetizer to get us started as our actual waitress was busy; with what I have no clue. Drinks and appetizer come out, and a different waiter. He again tells us that he's not our server but she asked him to take our order because she was still busy. At this point, I don't even really believe we had a waitress, she was a figment of everyone's imagination. One of the 3 steaks that came out was raw in the middle. All 3 people in my party were in the bathroom before even finishing the food. If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst experience ive ever had...
