A Must-Visit for Authentic South Indian Flavors! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently moved to Atlanta and have already visited Briyani n Grill for four buffets. Let me tell you, their consistency in delivering tasteful dishes is commendable 🙌. The hosts, Mani and Jay, truly know how to treat their guests, capturing the essence of South Indian hospitality—think ‘royal treatment’ 👑. If you’re a fan of thalapakkati mutton biriyani or ambur biriyani, look no further 🤤. The meat here is incredibly fresh; you’ll know it from the first bite 🍖. The softness is unmistakable. Special mention to their festive buffets 🎉! I was fortunate to experience the Ganesh Chathurthi Special on 09/16, which had an extra menu featuring Kolukattai, Pongal, Masala Vada, Puliyogare, Panchamirtham, and Masala Dosa 🍛🍲. Even if you’re vegetarian, don’t worry; their regular menu boasts a generous variety of veg dishes as well 🥦🥕. One day, I opted for vegetarian food and was pleasantly surprised by the plethora of options available. The ambiance of the place is complemented by South Indian 2k songs—truly a refreshing touch 🎵. There are various types of seating arrangements, and my 3-year-old son is particularly fond of the Arabic style tables 🛋. In conclusion, if you’re yearning for an Indian buffet enriched with South Indian flavors, Briyani n Grill is the place to be 🥳. Before heading there for a buffet, consider giving them a call 📞 to help them plan hot food refills according to the crowd.

New Indian place in Smyrna neighborhood, was told this location had Aachis earlier. The restaurant looks great from out and interiors are well done, has grilling station in evEry table. We were group of 5, visited on Friday lunch time for the buffet. Was told the soft opening was a week back, and that Friday lunch was the maximum foot count they had. clearly they were totally not sorted, got the table after few minutes wait, no napkins were on the table nor in buffet area. Buffet options were minimal, not until the second serving did we know that they server kebabs to the table like the breads! Although we got the kebabs only once in an hr or so! Buffet had 3 types of biryani, chicken/mutton keema and veg, chicken one was good, rest two were average. The curries, there was mutton vindaloo, was on a sweet note, not to my liking, the mutton pieces were not great too, so many potatoes, was a turn off. Chicken chettinad was ddecent, there was one more chicken semi gravy, pieces had so much batter. Then there was masala butter milk, was very good. The kebabs served to the table, were good, malai kabeb and lamb, but we never got a second serving after asking for it 3 times, only to be told it's coming I in few minutes. On top of this , 18% gratuity is added by default, on 15.99 $ price tag for the lunch buffet! Disappointing experience overall. Will I go again? Well, maybe for alacarte , definitely not for the buffet.

Today me and my family sat down for dining in and we waited for 10 minutes until we got service. We looked pass this being the fact we are understanding, we ordered our food and drink and waited. We waited another 10 minutes just for our drinks to arrive. They don’t have any servers, they only have one person serving 20 tables plus a robot to help serve the food. We waiting at least two hours just for our entire order to arrive. A while later after we got our food we witnessed them get technically robbed, two men walked out without paying for their food and drove off. The one server that they had tried to chase them but it was too late. They were extremely unsanitary and unprofessional constantly forgetting our order. I hope they realize that one person can not serve 20 tables at one remembering the orders alone. I do not recommend dining it because you will most likely receive the same service or similar. The food was good but the portions were very small. I will say the food was ok it was kinda old but they just have a lot to work on. They have lots of customers to as you can see in the pictures he can not handle all of them at once. I personally recommend not come here if your really hungry and not wanting to wait 2 hours.

I would like to give a 4.5 out of 5 for this place. We went there for lunch. Their interiors were different, well made. Aesthetically pleasing. Apollo Fish: For Starters, we ordered the Apollo Fish. It has the exact Indian flavours. Not too strong, perfectly balanced. Not much oil. My kids loved it. For the main course, we ordered 1 Kadai Shrimp, which came with a small portion of Flavoured Rice and 1 Goat Biryani. Kadai Shrimp: It was excellent. The taste was balanced. No oil floating on top of the curry. It has around 9 medium sized Shrimps. It would have been a perfect combination for Malabar parotta. Goat Biryani: It was served hot in a brass vessel. The brass vessel was super heavy. It looked very traditional. Biryani was nice. A traditional Hyderabadi biryani. Raita could have been better. And I felt like the portion size of meat was too less. That was one major drawback for this biryani. Taste wise, the meat was fully infused in biryani flavour. Meat was not blant at all. Overall, from a business point of view, I liked how they managed to focus on the intricate details right from the interiors, selection of utensils. If you were to ask me if I would dine in here again, it would be a Yes.

Our last two visits here have been bad for different reasons. The food always tastes great the flavors are excellent. But the second to last visit the service was really bad. We were ignored most of the evening despite there not being to many customers. We never got refills or new bottles of water which is what there serving now. No extra sauce despite asking. It took about an hour to get our food from the time we sat down and we were almost charged for someone else's bill. But hey everyone has bad nights. The last visit is what did it for us. The service was fine this time but my wife found a bug in her rice. They apologized and took off the rice dishes on our bill and we left. I really used to like this place but the overall quality has gone down in the past months. Maybe new management. There used to be a woman who was the server and she was great, they used to not serve you bottles of Sam's club water and they had a kava menu as well. The bar looks like a storage space now. And this is what they brought me when I ordered samosas, this is not what they used to serve I don't know what this is(pictured below). Service 3/5 Food taste 4/5 Food quality 1/5 Cleanliness 2/5 Atmosphere 3/5

This is the first time visited this place for a Friday lunch buffet with my friends and is huge disappointment, We had many issues, No Cutlery, No water glasses available and no one there to help. When I started my lunch there was Rasagulla sweet that I like and after 5 minutes there were no Rasagullas at all and they replaced with some other sweets, while i was there for almost 90 minutes (in this waiting time is 80 mins) they have changed few different deserts. When they have grill served at the table, someone should be there to instruct on the same. But nobody was there to let us know. We went and started taking main course and then we came to know by looking at other tables that grill served at the table, then we have asked for coffee ribs and waited for more than 50 minutes but of no use and we lost our patience and asked for check, thjey didn’t even care about, and put check on the table and the funny thing is they have added 18% gratuity. The service was a complete disappointment, and for now we will not be returning to this. Give a try if you want, just know you will have to ask for refills and check your bill.
