Libation Lodge by South Lake Tahoe Brewing Co. Review:
I recently visited Libation Lodge by South Lake Tahoe Brewing Co., and it was an experience that deserves a glowing review. The establishment radiates a fresh, clean vibe right from the entrance, setting the stage for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
The interior of the Libation Lodge is a blend of modern and cozy, with tasteful decor that complements the overall atmosphere. It's evident that attention has been paid to every detail to ensure a pleasant environment. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable and adds to the sense of comfort.
One of the highlights of my visit was the background music. The selection was excellent, creating a chill ambiance without overpowering conversation. It's the kind of music that subtly enhances the dining experience, making you want to stay a bit longer.
The food at Libation Lodge is noteworthy, especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. This dish was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the bacon added a crisp texture, and the ranch dressing tied everything together beautifully. It was not just a sandwich but a culinary experience in itself.
What truly sets Libation Lodge apart is the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness were exceptional. It's rare to find a place where every staff member seems genuinely happy to serve and engage with customers. This level of service elevates the whole experience.
In conclusion, Libation Lodge by South Lake Tahoe Brewing Co. is a must-visit destination. It offers a perfect blend of a great atmosphere, delightful music, delicious food, and outstanding service. It's a place that leaves you planning your next visit before you've even left. Highly...
Read moreBulgogi loaded fries were pretty bad. Beers were good, burgers were okay. Loaded bulgogi fries were So salty we couldn’t eat it unfortunately, we let the servers know and the kitchen gave us another serving. Still were inedible. Told the servers and nothing was done about it. Would’ve been happy with a free beer or something. They only recently opened so maybe just teething issues. But shows a lot about service in how they deal with meals customers can’t eat that we paid for, so overall we were pretty disappointed. Not use to complaining about this but wasn’t happy with the outcome overall. Also you tip and pay for meals before you get them so you can’t actually tip on the overall experience you receive before you get it so that doesn’t really make sense. We tipped 30% before we even received the service and food we got and regret doing that now...
Read moreTasting room of the South Lake Brewery in Tahoe. Plenty of seating and dog friendly. Clean restrooms and dining area, Everything is ordered at the bar, they give you a number and deliver your food.
We were just looking for something to take the edge off after a day of driving, so we ordered the garlic fries. Or maybe they should be call GARLIC fries. They were really damn good! Most of the other dishes looks good as they were delivering them.
For libations, the squeeze had Angora West Coast IPA, great hops notes, not too fruity. I went with the Rip It Red Ale. Nice malt flavor!
Service was great, and I would have left 5 stars, but they charge minimum $2 for brewery stickers. Spending $40, one would think they could toss one...
